Westchase Cleaners is not in the best neighborhood and they are not a high-​end dry cleaner. But if you don’t mind venturing out to the hood and want to save on your dry cleaning expense, give them a try.
Service is quick and they’ve never lost anything of mine. Could be because cleaning is done on site, unlike many cleaners that send their clothes off somewhere else. Make sure you point out visible stains so they can mark it. Drop off by 9:00 a.m. and pick up same day after 5:00 p.m. Prepay when you drop off to receive the lower rate. They take credit cards but not American Express.
Everything is manual and they hand write claim tickets. Hold on to the tickets. If you lose them you’ll have to wait while they locate your clothes.
