I use to go to the Dry Clean Super Center in Dallas and always had a good experience. When I moved to Houston, I searched the site for cleaners. I couldn’t find one that had good ratings without any horror stories. I decided to find my always on the J.O.B cleaners and here they were. My low rating is not due to poor qaulity as it seems a nice job was done on my clothes. They also have extremely competitive rates. My review is due to poor customer service. First, I am use to dropping off on Friday and picking up on Saturday… figured it is a chain so same policy… not the case! They don’t dry clean on Saturdays, so you must pick up on Monday. I can get over that, but the part I can’t get over is the fact that I pull up to their drive thru and sit and wait and sit and wait and sit and wait… finally, I went inside. I tell them that I was sitting there and no one came to help. The woman says, «Oh.the bell is broken.» If the bell is broken, why not put a sign up that says«must come in» or «honk»(which granted I should have done. I said you could lose customers by not posting a sign… she didn’t seem concerned… so neither am I… wont be back!
