Few things are going on here at this location. 1 this is not the first time I have visited this location and seen it in this shape. The food was cold and had been sitting for a while. I love Wendy’s growing up it was one of the places I visited righteously because of how much they out performed all their competitors. Growing up their stores looked better their food was always hot the people always sharp and detailed. Now that is not the unanimous destination as it once was. Please fix these issues I really miss Wendy’s food how it used to be! THEEXPERIENCE

Worst service ever. My co-workers and I were craving chili on a very cold day and we ordered it to go. They were pretty rude when we ordered. When we got back to work, we found out the chili had no chunks in it. It was just liquid. It was so sad.

NEVEREVERAGAIN! I would normally visit this location about once a week on my late nights at work. The Drive Thru — TOOKFOREVER! When I finally got to the window the little black girl in the Window was shouting to people inside of the store, gave me dirty looks and couldn’t bother to extend her arm out to give me my food and drink. I mean, really? Are you that lazy! I’m the one paying your welfare little girl! She was more interested in what was going on, on the freeway — Definitely not a person you want working in a customer service setting, but then again what can you expect. I work in Retail Management — an employee of mine that acted this way would get a first and final write up — out the door if it were to occur again. Skip ahead about 15 minutes when I get home. I open the bag. The first thing I notice is the«large fry» that you pay extra for is NOWHERE near a large — more like a maybe medium! The Burger — NOT A BURGER! It’s a chicken sandwich with absolutely nothing on it except the bun! I mean really WENDYS! I called to complain and was given nothing but attitude and smart alec back talk from a girl who told me she was the General Manager, but when I ask to get her name and confirm she’s the GM she tells me «I’m actually the shift manager.» Seriously! So now you’ve just lied to me on top of being out of your place with a customer. This would be another employee who would get a first and final write up. I had her give me the District Manager’s phone number. Spoke with the DM and immediately let her know that she had lost a customer. She seemed to be very understanding, and told me that she was on her way to that location, and that neither employees would be working there anymore. Not that I completely believe her, but still. I did mean it when I said she lost a customer. No more Wendy’s.

After spending over 10 minutes waiting in the drive-thru, before my order was even taken, I had already decided to give this place a low ranking. Their drive-thru service is incredibly slow. I could hear the order taker practically yell at the person in front of me who was actually taking qutie a long time placing his order. I’m not sure if he spoke English because the staff had to ask him 4 times what kind of drink he wanted. This only added to the frustration of my already long wait. I tried the new Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger… FAIL. It did not nearly look like the gorgeous picture of it. And the flavor was just not there. The pretzel bun tasted like an unsalted pretzel from a freezer box. I wanted to give this place1 star, but the clerk redeemed herself by double checking my order to make sure they didn’t forget anything, and by taking my order with ease and clarity. I think my clear order was a welcome break for her frustrating day. And I did feel quite bad for them. But lastly, on a very sad note… Who Doesn’t give Napkins in a Drive-Thru order!!! I should have looked in the bag before taking off and discovering not a single napkin. How does this happen in a drive-thru!!!

Today I was so excited to finally get a chance to order the new Portobello Mushroom Cheese Burger that has been advertised so widely… Once at this location on 715 West 18th st Houston Tx i quickly became disappointed with the whole experience. I was noticing the supervisor lady at the check out counter were being really rude to a poor older lady that were saying her bowl of chili was half full and she just wanted more. They keep trying to explain to her that it’s just like that… I thought wow they are so wrong and rude!!! What the hell?!? The world is going to end if they add more chili to the poor old ladies bowl? Got Damn for heaven sacks!!! They should imagine what if that was their grandma or parent, and not be so rude to an older lady at that!!! Anyways, I had placed my order after seeing that hoping nothing would be wrong with my stuff… So I ordered the mushroom burger combo and chili cheese fries and a large Raspberry Sweet Tea. Once I received the food, I noticed that the cheese wasn’t melted on the chili cheese fries so I asked the lady at the counter to please put it in the microwave but she just gave me a dirty look and stated she couldn’t do that cause it would melt the plate… I was like; Wow!!! Are you really serious!!! I guess its my turn to get bad customer service, right? I said ok nevermind thank you anyways… I didn’t want to argue, so I went to sit down. Once I sat down something told me before I take the first bite, i decided to check my food. I thought OHDAMN, is this a Muda F’ing Dream or a dumb show or something? Cause there was only 2 Mushrooms in the burger!!! I wanted to get up and complain but there was too many people ordering, still I decided to just blow it off and just shut up and eat my food. I don’t think these kind of workers should be in this kind of business with a bad attitude, specially when they represent a big hamburger coorporation like Wendy’s. I’m a good customer of wendy’s but this kind of event and service does not care for people to go back to this wendy’s is what it seems.
