On a Saturday night, the place was kind of dead, which should have been a big red flag. The wait staff and our server were pretty nice and friendly for the most part, which I appreciated. For an appetizer we ordered the cheese curds which were good except kind of greasy and a bit unappealing after a few. I ordered a burger, and the server asked how I would like it cooked, and I said medium well. It showed up overcooked to the point of being burned around the edges. My wife ordered wings that were really greasy to the point where she couldn’t really eat them. Considering what our final check was, this visit was a disappointment. On the plus side, it was clean and the server was friendly. Sadly though this isn’t enough to attract us back, even if it is less than one mile from our house.

This was a great discovery while riding around on my bike. Very friendly people, and so far great food! I’ll definitely come back to explore the menu a little more!

I really tried to like this place. It’s the closest bar to my house — so I imagined I’d be a regular here. Two visits later over the course of a year and I doubt we will return anytime soon. First visit was ok, nothing special — except they did allow dogs and were pretty nice to him(even brought over a bowl of water). Second visit was so disappointing that it really sealed the deal. Went for happy hour on a Wednesday. There was s sign on the marque advertising BOGO burgers, so we thought we’d give it another shot. As soon as we sat down they started taking down the sign. We asked if it was still offered. The waiter said it was. Then we ordered a couple of specialty burgers. He said those weren’t part of the offer. So we ordered the regular burger. He told us it didn’t come with fries so we ordered a basket of fries. Well, it did come with fries so felt it just mislead us to up sell. All in all super disappointing and even the neighborhood Facebook page has a current conversation about how lousy this place is. Sad, because great location.

Chill patio half covered so even in rain you’re good. ~$ 8/Lb crawfish… nice place good menu, in secluded location.

I love this place. The fried pickles are awesome. The BLT is excellent. Drinks are good and bartenders are friendly. You have to try the Moscow Mule, very tasty!

It’s around 7pm on a Monday and the place appears to be closed? No signs up indicating why. Is this a thing?

Awesome find. I had a lot of fun here. We went on a Thursday for drinks and dinner. To my delight they were having a bingo night. I didn’t win, but they gave away little prizes for the winners and had several rounds. Food was really good. Fried pickles and cheeseburger. mmm. Parking wasn’t an issue, private lot. Dogs allowed on the patio! I liked the casual atmosphere. Very friendly wait staff. Bonus: ping pong tables and corn hole, and did I mention dogs are allowed on the patio? :) Absolutely no complaints, will definitely be returning!

The food was decent. The chairs were hard and too small. The bar was good! The prices were good too!

I wanted to like this restaurant. The atmosphere when we walked in for lunch was super relaxed and I can imagine how packed it gets at night. HOW-EVER, we ordered fried pickles, no pickles. I ordered a salad that came with cranberries, no cranberries, and our sweet potato fries weren’t cooked. It was less than mediocre and sadly, I wouldn’t return.

Got to come here while visiting a friend. We were here for lunch just as they opened and the bar was pretty empty. Thankfully the service was great and the crawfish was just spicy enough. I will definitely back if I am in the area!

This place is pretty cool. My husband and I came for our«date night» but wanted something a little more casual. The drinks are amazing, but their food is definitely not as good as I had hoped. We split the Mexcellente and we were hoping it tasted more«Mexican.» My husband was born and raised in Brownsville(literally right near the border) and he suggested 1. More chorizo and 2. Some sort of guacamole spread instead of avocados(which often slide off of sandwiches). But the cheese curds were amazinggggg. I could live off those. The service was great and our waiter would get a 4⁄5 as well. He hadn’t tasted a lot of the beer so he wasn’t very good at giving a recommendation and just seemed very stressed out. Some places, if you sit outside, tend to ignore you, but he was 100% there, so that was really nice. We will definitely be back. The patio is dog friendly!

This place is pretty awesome. It’s a nice find in the Timbergrove neighborhood away from the crowd and congestion in the Heights. It has a very laid back vibe where you can«chill» with your s. o on a lazy day or if you are enjoying time with a group of friends. Me and the s. o popped in here on a Saturday to meet some family, it was our first time but I can def see ourselves becoming regulars here. First off, there’s plenty of parking and seating inside and on the patio. I was happy to see that it’s a dog friendly joint and the employees were very nice, especially our waitress that was taking care of us during this visit. lol She was super patient with us because we moved about 3 different times because we couldn’t decide where to sit inside or enjoy the weather outside lol The food is very delicious, we ordered the fried zucchini and ‘shrooms plate to start things off and yum!!! While we were waiting for the rest of our party to get there, we enjoyed some beers and their mint lemonade! so refreshing! During our visit, our waitress was very nice and attentive and even helped suggest some menu items depending on what our preferences were. Later we ended up ordering their crawfish. Normally we prefer the crawfish from Live Oak but this place has them beat! The crawfish are fresh and are full of flavor. They were having a special on them too, 5 lbs. for $ 30bucks. We also ordered some of their W Wings which were also very tasty as well. As mentioned the whole place has a good vibe, an open floor plan with a spacious bar, games on the side, and even a couch right where they have the tv projector. I can definitely see why we see this place packed on the times that we’ve driven by! On this particular Saturday afternoon it was pretty chill with a crowd of mostly groups of friends having a bite to eat and families with their kids and fur babies as well, but I would like to come back and check out how the crowd is during the weekend evenings. Genuinely good place! :D

This bar is awesome — it’s got a huge patio that is dog-friendly, and an even more generous inside space that is definitely all chill. It’s a neighborhood bar that definitely feels like it — full of friendly staff and locals ready to relax and have fun. Happy hour prices are great, and drink prices overall are very reasonable. The Moscow Mules are served ice cold in a copper mug, garnished lightly with fresh lime — the perfect refreshing drink for warm nights. The food menu focuses on heavy dishes(fried appetizers, burgers, etc.), so this is not the place to come for dinner if you are wanting to eat healthy; but that being said, the fried cheese curds & fried mushrooms were tasty, but maybe a little too greasy for my taste. Definitely check it out if you are in the neighborhood — it’s definitely a great place to chill. Cheers!

The room was packed. There was a handful of staff. They worked the room like the Whirling Dervish. Corinne«manned up» the bar. Douglas was the ringleader serving each and every table as if they were the only ones in the room. This place is a meeting house for the Heights regulars. It’s a great hangout. The patio is an outside Nivana. Inside the noise level is low, as are the lights. «Chill» is a perfect name addition to an already very cool space. Based on last nights true experience/a poetic inspired version. Not the real happening. Hey man– you gotta shift for me/my baby girls mama is out of formula– I need a «bus up” — a few dimes– No Man I ain’t smokin’/ crackin’/weedin’- just trying to hold up a roof– a cot-landlords kickin’ in my door-shovin’ a broomstick up my floor-sure I’ll clean up your parkin’ lot– anything– can’t live on air– this ain’t no Tracy Chapman«Fast Car” — this is my F###in’ life dude.

This place just rocks! An unpretentious industrial theme friendly, spacious bar meets best-deal-ever HH where you get to play bartender and call your own beverage for … Wait for it… $ 4?! Yes please! The booths are comfortable with USB charges, and board games including connect 4. The food is actually really good and changes every few months. Their growlers are awesome and a solid deal. Bingo night(th) is fun and prizes are always fun to win. Nice ping pong tables with well thoughts out space… Perfect! If you have to drive a little extra to get here… Just do it! If you are close enough to not worry feel blessed. Now go get your $ 4 and get there before 7pm. You will not be disappointed!

This used to be a solid 4 star, but the menu changed. Gone are the truffle fries, the WBC fries which were my absolute favorite, no fried mac and cheese, no salads, no grilled cheese — all of the specialty stuff that made the WBC unique is gone. Traded out for a Sysco inspired offering. Due to demand the cheese curds were resurrected. It’s still a chill bar with good draft selections, a decent happy hour, cool games and good tunes. Service is always friendly. But the tipping point for a trip here was the food. I am bummed.

The name is fitting. This place has a relaxed laid back atmosphere. Oddly enough, it’s family friendly even though it is a bar/grill. My friends and I stopped here a few weeks ago after a visit to Karbach Brewery. I had a few bites of fried pickles as well as some sort of chili con queso(it was spicy!). I’ve heard that the food is good and they have a lot of spicy options. I’m not a fan of spicy, but I wouldn’t mind trying something simple like a burger. I feel like they would have really good burgers. My review is based on the service and drinks. Our bartender was great! Super friendly and very attentive. They had the copper mugs hanging the bar and I knew immediately that I would be having a Moscow Mule(or two) as I’ve been on a Moscow Mule kick lately. I can’t remember the type of ginger beer she used(she even let us try a small sample), but it was so good and refreshing! I honestly can say that those are some of the best Moscow Mules I’ve had. They have a great craft beer selection, but I stuck with the Moscow Mule. This place is kind of out in the middle of no where. Plenty of parking though. I wonder how this place is during football season. I guess I’ll have to come back in a few months and find out.

Warehouse Bar & Chill is more than just another Timbergrove/Heights-ish neighborhood bar with, ya know, the usual: dog-friendly, family-friendly, patio, ice cold beers, snacks, sports on the tube … they go a step further by offering restaurant quality food, craft cocktails, clean environment and a super cool staff. As for the food — DO order the Ziegenbock beer battered cheese curds. As another Unilocaler stated, these were as good as Wisconsin’s(even better, in my opinion, and I’ve had my fair share of non-stop cheese curds on a few WI trips). The house made chips are also worthy of a nod. They also have burgers on the menu — local, all-natural meat ground in-house — salads, Tues-Fri happy hour 3−7pm with $ 4 bar bites, and $ 4 and $ 5 liquor and beer specials Wednesday: Half price wine bottles 4−11pm Thursday: Bingo on the patio starts at 7pm Friday $ 1 domestic drafts 3−8pm Sunday — I noticed a few groups enjoying pitchers of mimosas and others sippin on Bloody Marys, but didn’t get the skinny on any specials. Guess i’ll have to go back and do some research. Enjoy.
