Well my 5 stars is NOT for the property because I ended not moving there so i cant say much but IS for the leasing assistant«T, NEJA» she is wonderful!!! She worked with me for about a week over emails/phone calls/in person, after all that trouble I changed my mind and not even onces she treated bad when I went back for my application fees, so 5 for T, neja great employee with high customer services standards

15 months later, a new dishwasher, three service calls later, after new install… this is how you wash dishes in these apartments. Stagnant water never drains out, all dishes have sand/grit after multiple washes, and all dishes are not cleaned after three runs. Shitty repairs, incompetent maintenance workers, improper installation. Its ridicules!

It’s quite n clean. I feel pretty safe at any hour of the day. the facilities like the pool laundry n gym are conveniently space and isn’t a hike to get to. and there are small area with a picnic table, small pit, trash n bird bash… it’s cute n quaint.

If you’re looking for a place with staff that couldn’t care less, roach infested apartments, and Greystar as the property management then you’ve found your place. Website issues that prevent you from paying you rent added even more charm to the place… on top of that they still charged late fees! Darlene, Gloria, Maureen, and the rest of the staff do as little as possible to help. Informed them of the roaches in my apartment and they tell me that the pest control will come Tuesday. Sure I’ll live with the roaches for 5 more days… not a problem. 10 months and counting and I’m leaving this place in the rearview unless a complete overhaul of the staff takes place. Worst experience of my life.
