I lived at this property in 2010 in a freshly renovated apartment. The property was always well maintained and management was quick to respond to maintenance request.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! AWFULAWFULAWFULAWFULAWFUL! Whatever you do, do not talk to Rose in the office… so RUDE! She will talk over you and lie to you about anything and everything. I was lucky enough that all of the phone conversations are recorded and got me my money back. This place now requires that you have an AT&T account. If you were an existing AT&T account member it made moving out a pain. I’ve been back and forth with the Property Manager and the AT&T account manager since I moved out in January about«missing equipment» and charges being billed to my bank account. Thank GOD I live in a Gables Residential property now. A higher price, yes… but 1⁄8 of the bullshit, nicer staff, helpful staff, clean, and no issue with billing EVER. If you know what is good for you you will NEVER move in here. The apartments seem nice now that they have been renovated. But everything in them is cheap and falling apart. Bugs galore.

The entire property is Infested with Wasps & Yellow Jackets. Not kid-friendly. Change staff all the time. Pleased with our actual apartment for the price, but we cannot enjoy it. we are attacked by wasps everytime we walk outside. Some of the staff is quite rude. Will not be renewing.
