Nice place, maintenance folks are usually prompt and other than the unavoidable noise from West Rd a quiet place to live. Can’t be beast for location close to beltway 8 and 290. Lots of options on floor plans!

I went to check out the 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom floor plan (1,149ft & 1,096ft) today. Melanie Heter, the leasing consultant was very kind. The apartments are beautiful on the outside as well as the inside, but a lil on the expensive side ($ 1,285 w/​out garage & $ 1,365 w/​garage). Unfortunately I doubt my husband would want to move from our current apartment where our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is $ 1,300 (1,388ft).
