US Foundation & Slab Repair

I Contracted with US Foundation in early 2013, they came and did piers under the foundation, jacking up the foundation to level it and close cracks in the brick facia and beside some windows, lightly filled the mortar where the cracks were seen, back filled the holes under the foundation moderately, took away most of the surplus dirt.
Paid in Cash and they were on their way and I was satisfied with the job at that point.
Recently, late 2015 those cracks reopened to about the degree they were before the foundation was leveled.
Two messages to the owner finally resulted in contact and an appointment about a week or so later to come check the work.
The work was rechecked by the owner and said to be ”Close Enough” and the water in the soil was responsible for the movement and would not warrant any adjustments to any of the work done even though the cracks that initially had me request a foundation check and estimate for repairs are as they were at that time so I will say that a warranty is not honored by this company as I have noticed in at least one or two other reviews, starting to look like a pattern.
I have photos of before and now as well as the job taking place, where each pier was placed and a packet ready for small claims court being assembled.

We had almost the same experience with this company. They talked about voiding the warranty when we started seeing more cracks and foundation issues. Looks like we’re going to have to use a new company to do the work right this time.

We are very disappointed with US Foundation. They did the foundation repair last year in the fall and now we started seeing slight sloping on our floors. Also the doors started having problem opening and closing. We contacted US Foundation and they sent a plumbing company and said we have to repair our plumbing before they could do anything and even threaten to void our lifetime warranty with them. We have never had any issue with plumbing whatsoever! The work that their plumber friend quoted was outrageously expensive too. Probably it’s their way of making money from people. They even checked on our plumbing before they repaired our foundation last year.
We are sad we lost a big chunk of our money to this unethical US Foundation company. Please do a thorough research on a business before you give them your money. Don’t just trust their BBB ratings.
