7 days a week. As everyone else mentioned, the butter on the crust is the pinnacle of the entire pie.

It’s a subway… it’s a chipotle… no: it’s TOP IT PIZZA!
A concept very new to but apparently all of Houston knows all about it, I tried for lunch with a few coworkers and by golly I’m all aboard! An assembly line of pizza toppings and you put whatever you want on it? And it doesn’t suck like Cici’s? Why didn’t anyone think of this before?
My go-​to pizza? The carbonana. But not so fast, throw on some grilled potatoes and NOW we cookin’! The crust is just thin enough without becoming a cracker, the toppings are all fresh and the flavors just bust off in yo mouth!
For the price it’s just fantastic pizza! Granted there are many gourmet pizza joints that might actually be cheaper (wink wink Luna Pizzeria), but this a very fast and fairly affordable alternative to the run-​of-​the-​mill chains that literally all taste the same.

****UPDATE****
They did away with the sautéed zucchini!!! My favorite topping. Couldn’t believe it :(. For me, this is what separated Top It Pizza from the rest (MOD, Blaze, etc. I think it’s time to explore some other places.
On the other side, Garrett and Marcus were really great as usual!
Cool concept. Better than Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, and Dominos.
Try the zucchini add on! Tastes great with everything! Wished they still had the Honey Wheat crust.
Staff is great and the place is clean.
Whenever I feel like pizza, this will be my go to place.
