These people get a fat Zero from me. Stinky, musty clothes at twice the price. there’s a better place at Ella & 18th. Nobody was in the parking lot of this place and now I know why. Never again. Stink.

These people will rip you off. They post prices but they have nothing to do with what you end up paying. For example a suit is like $ 6 and it says two pieces, but they charged me separate for the pants, then $ 1 more for the jacket because it was «special» and needed two pressing because it has a liner. What’s so special about that? All suit jackets and sport coats are lined unless you happen to be on Miami vice. The more I tried to explain my issue the less the lady at the counter knew English. Save yourself some money and frustration, shop elsewhere

This location is very convenient to my house and the ladies that work the counter are super-​sweet, though communicating was a little tough at times becaust Spanish is their first language.
The problem is the company that actually handles their dry cleaning. I dropped off 8 items on Friday and was told I could pick them up Monday. When I tried to pick them up Monday morning, that turned into after 5pm on Monday. So Tuesday morning when I went to pick up my items, only 3 had arrived and the jacket I needed was not among those.
Great way to start off a day that I have a huge presentation today — late to work and stressed! I won’t be back.
