It was quite empty when I visit. You think that it would be fast but it’s actually the opposite. Staff was pretty empty too.

I used to visit this place RELIGIOUSLY and loved it. I hadn’t been in a few years since it’s no longer on my way home from work. I’m giving 2stars because every person that helped me was super sweet but my food was dry and I didn’t have any condiments. ATALL. I wanted to be mad but I know they were busy and like I said they were very sweet and worked as quick as possible.

Everything was overly sweet, I can’t stand it. I don’t understand how the notion of Chinese food being sweet and sour came about. I get that the Cantonese people that first came here have sweeter cuisine compared to the other regions but it’s 2015. The last time I was forced to come here with coworkers, I ordered Pad Thai because at least I’m butchering a culture my taste buds are less familiar with. This is the Taco Bell of Chinese food but I guess they figured out what Americans want.

Love Pei Wei, put this one needs much better service. Tables were full of dirty dishes, left over food etc.

The staff doesn’t receive tips and it shows: the ice is not refilled when it runs out and the cashiers are generally defiant and distracted. Good luck finding a clean table during rush hour. Food wise, it’s Ok.

Usually this place is spot on and one of my faves to grab something quick. I got an order of the Teriyaki Crunch Roll and it horrible. The sushi rice was old and hard and made the roll pretty much inedible. I also paid for extra teriyaki sauce for my spring rolls and that wasn’t in there. Quite disappointed.

Love the quality of food and service here. I ordered the pork eggrolls and ginger broccoli. The pork eggrolls were crispy and cooked perfectly, so was the ginger broccoli. This is probably the best pei Wei Location I’ve been to. Would highly recommend these two dishes

Went for lunch with a few people. I ordered the spicy tuna roll and edamame. My food took longer to arrive than everyone else’s, and when my roll arrived it wasn’t the spicy tuna. No biggie, it turned out being a roll that I also kind of wanted(the crunchy-something-or-other roll). I got the eight piece roll, and the size was generous in my opinion. The edamame was also very good. We arrived at 11:25, which apparently was the right time to arrive, because the place was packed ten minutes later! Overall, a good experience. I would eat here again!

Dinning in is okay simply because you can change your order if they mess up on it which they will. I’ve taken take out from there 3 times and every time something was off and the order was never right. It sucks because this location is five minutes away from my house. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. They just need new chefs and more focused cashiers.

I love the flavor of the food. But the portion size has gotten smaller and smaller everyone I come.

I love Pei Wei but their to go service is never on time! I’ve ordered to go twice now at 1040 and 11 am and it is always 10 – 15 minute wait after my estimated time! And this is for a salad!

This is possibly the worst Pei Wei for Glutein Free items I have ever been too in Texas. Getting you in and out is excellent, but having you leave with good dishes is another thing. We ordered the Glutein Free Sweet & Sour chicken & Spicy chicken. The chicken tasted like it was freezer burned. Maybe this locale isn’t moving enough Glutein Free chicken? I don’t know, but if the product is questionable, test it before delivering it to the customer. Especially, when it isn’t crowded. Maybe the standard menu is okay, but steer clear of the Glutein Free menu. You have been warned!

One of the best Asian Fusion joints on the planet. It brings you the flavors of the east without all the hassle of travelling across the globe. I’m vegetarian now, but when I used to eat meat, this was the joint for me. However, their Tofu & Veggies are excellent. I’m currently trying all the the different Wok’d flavors. So far the Garlic Broccoli is the bomb diggity son! You best recognize! Ungh! HOLLA! Rocafella! Wu Tang!!!

I’m still not sold on the place. My big issue here is the consistency of the food. I’ve ordered the Spicy Tuna Roll and one of the pieces was missing the tuna and only had a chunk of cucumber in it. I immediately brought it back and they remade the roll nice and full. I really like the Vietnamese Chicken Salad Rolls. The second time I’ve had them, they were plump with chicken but the first time I could hardly tell there was any chicken at all.

Wow! My wife and I enjoy Pei Wei overall, but this is the best location we’ve ever been to. Our food was cooked PERFECTLY! We both took our first bites and said this was the best cooked Pei Wei we’ve had! The staff was super polite! We will be back and definitely recommend this location!

I love Pei Wei because it is always delicious and above all fast. This location is pretty on it most of the time. If you come in and order to go your wait will be about 10ish minutes, which in my opinion isn’t too shabby. I had a BOGO coupon recently and ordered 2 dishes and a few sides. The Mongolian beef is a bit salty in my opinion, but once mixed with rice it tones it down a little. I ordered the Garlic chicken and broccoli for myself and it was delish. I can really appreciate that they have a G-free menu! I haven’t tried anything but will make a point to try it soon.

I really enjoyed my meal but it was customized a tad for me or modified but neither here nor there the food was prepared to my liking. Kudos, however I’m not hard to please you can’t really go bad with spicy chicken. I know It’s not authentic as franchised as ever but consistency in high quality is a plus!

I absolutely love coming to Pei Wei and this location is one of my favs! I frequent it quite often, as it is the closest one to my job. Anytime my coworkers suggest coming here for lunch they already know without a doubt, I’m game! The food is always hot and fresh. If I come for lunch, I usually get the Pei Wei Spicy Chicken Salad. I honestly believe when they put this item on the menu, they did it in my honor because I live for this salad, you hear me? I live for it. The chicken sets it off but as a whole, it hits the spot every single time. They recently added a variety of new lettuce wraps to the menu that I’m so anxious to try but because me and this salad have an obsession with each other, I have yet to place an order. Best believe I’ve stalked enough plates to see that the wraps look hella good and I will be trying them soon. Depending on what your Asian taste buds have you craving for, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu here. Their signature dishes and combos are tasty and are always served to perfection. And although I’ve been on my water kick real tough lately, the teas are usually in order when I’m dining in here at the Wei. The Mandarin Orange or Chai Black Teas can be found in my cup, filled to the rim on ice with one or two sweet-n-lows mixed in, with a sliced orange or lemon floating in there somewhere depending on the flavor. It’s what I like to call my tea fixer up’er. Fix your tea however you like though. My point is– the tea is bomb! The staff is always nice no matter how busy they are. During the lunch hour, foot traffic starts picking up around 11:40am and by 12 noon there is usually a line. They do a great job minimizing the wait time and taking orders. FYI: If they have the bucket out near the register for you to drop your business card in for a free lunch– do it! I did recently and won a free lunch for me and 4 other people. There was no gimmick– just a confirmation email from the manager(who was very nice by the way) letting me know I was the winner along with a quick mention that they cater for meetings, parties, and events– that was it! All I had to do was print off the confirmation email, give it to a manager when we arrived, and we were good to go. They gave each of us an entrée card and we were free to order whatever we wanted, on the house. Talk about Pei my Wei– Yaaaasssss!!! *two snaps* We were definitely«winning» on that good day! This place has yet to disappoint me with their service and most importantly, their FOOD! Whether it be for lunch, dinner, or a carry out order, if you are about that Pei Wei life like myself, you won’t be disappointed when coming to this location!

I’m not sure why this has so many low ratings are but this Pei Wei is just as good as the other ones that I have been to. Pei Wei is a go to for my husband and I. When we’re craving Chinese and just need a quick dinner solution Pei Wei here we come. It had been a really long time since we last ordered from them and so it was time for another visit. One of the things that I really like is that we can place our order online then go pick it up. We ordered our usuals. My husband likes the Orange Peel Chicken and I got the Pei Wei combo Wonton Soup with the Mongolian Beef. Also we can’t forget the Lettuce Chicken Wraps. Those are the best! Service was prompt and polite when I came to pick up my order. Everything was delicious and just as we remembered. I’m not sure what everyone’s problem is but this Pei Wei is as legit as all the others we have been too.
