The customer service at this store is outstanding. I had to make some returns. They offered to tape it and stick all appropriate labels for me for no charge. Nothing like stellar customer service to keep people coming back!

Do NOT go here! The service is terrible! There were four employees visible and the guy processing my 10 packages had to stop four times to help someone else! One employee was refilling the pen cups.(yay) they are slow physically and mentally. I had to explain the address three times! There is a better place at Cypresswood and I45!

I needed to have a bulky, heavy item shipped from an e-bay seller. I needed a UPS store to pack and label this item and call me with a total and I would pay via credit card. I live in Pennsylvania. The seller had to borrow a car to take the item to Store 2293. He was told they would not call me, or take my credit card over the telephone. I tried to call. Time was 1PM. Kept getting voice mail. Staff would not speak to me over seller’s cell phone. Staff told him I would have to go to MYUPSSTOREINPENNSYLVANIA, GET A RETURNTOSENDERTAGANDSENDTOHIM! What kind of customer service is that? So sorry he wasted his time there! On Monday I contacted UPS Store #4340 on Memorial. Ashley the assistant manager said«No problem»! My seller was in and out, package prepared and on the truck! Sorry Store 2293– your service is POOR!

For a UPS store, this gets 5 stars. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful. If you need a little tape, they take care of it for you. If you need a box, they have whatever size you want. In my experience, there is almost always someone that is bilingual in the store. The wait has never been longer than a minute or two. What more can you ask for?
