I was recently injured in this complex and they deny fault when it was due to faulty material. Do not move to this place. They have deal with tow company to tow vehicles for profit. Beware!

I have rented an apartment at The Reserve at City Center North for over a year. A few weeks ago a water pipe burst in the ceiling of my apartment causing all of my worldly possession to be destroyed. I spoke to Gin Stradley, office mgr, right away. The management was rude from the start and offered another apartment but they could have cared less about my situation. I had a relatively new TV and Blu-ray player. No, I did not have renter’s insurance so their response was essentially«too bad.» What about customer service for loyal tenants? What about a goodwill gesture? Nope. Nothing. Kevin Bell from ComCapp, did not respond to two emails but instead forwarded them to someone else for handling. ComCapp owns the Reserve. So… be warned people. If you have a problem while at this apartment complex, this is definitely not Nordstrom customer service or anything close to it. Actually, WalMart customer service is better. Scary.
