I have lived here for over two years and used to love it when it was owned by Broadstone. Everything started going downhill once Century took over the management. The people who work in the leasing office here probably hate their jobs and it clearly shows in the way they interact with people. If there is a rating for customer service on 1 to 10, these people would probably get –8(yes, –8). You will hate any interaction with the leasing office people(including the manager). The apartments are in a prime location, but its not well maintained and there are burglaries quite often(some of them are thought to be by the maintenance staff as per few neighbors I talked to). Every apartment has some problems, but this apartment office doesn’t have problems, it is THE problem. If you are thinking of moving here, DONT! If you are still thinking of moving here because of the location, then just go to the leasing office and talk to them yourself and they will do a great job of convincing you to not move there.

I’ve just been informed I can no longer receive packages and that I must PAY for some locker to then get my packages. I have never heard of paying to receive mail at the place I call home. Absurd.

As soon as ownership changed from Broadstone to Century, this place turned into a complete hole. It used to be so nice and the former staff was truly professional. You could take them on their word that they’d treat you fairly. Do not move here. The office staff is underhanded and unprofessional and will not deal with you fairly. They take any opportunity to extract a little more from you than you intended to give them. Any chance they have to be cooperative on anything, they will most assuredly take advantage of you every time. For the price, there are so many better places. When Century took over, this place began it’s decline into shabbiness and eventual demolition.
