As a devoted customer to The Pretty Kitty location in Rice Village, I was somewhat nervous about heading to a new location with new people for a Brazilian waxing. The only reason I did so in the first place was simply because Rice Village got booked all day when I wanted to go. So I decided to give this new location a try. Needless to say, it didn’t disappoint. Their services were just as great as they are at the main location! It’s new so that means you can most likely walk in and be attended to. It’s closer to the Galleria area which is super convenient for me and I no longer have to make the drive to Rice Village. Amazing service, left feeling super satisfied with my waxing services! It’s officially my new location!

I usually go to European wax for my full bikini but my friend suggested I try this place since I hadn’t been in a while due to the fact that I didn’t always like my experience at European wax. Hey always seem a but rough and I tend to feel rushed when going there. I must say that the staff here at the San Felipe location was extremely friendly and welcoming. My waxer, Meghan C., was also very friendly and personable. She was very knowledgeable of the products and she was able to tell me the difference between Pretty Kitty and European Wax. So far I enjoyed the experience and afterwards the skin on my bikini area is nice and soft. I was very surprised when Meghan told me that during my waxing she applied witch hazel and tea tree oil to help soothe my irritated skin. I greatly appreciated that. I will surely be back!

So far this is my favorite TPK location! Parking is easy, staff is SO friendly and the area is gorgeous. Same great salon space, black and pink with a gorgeous chandelier in the entry.
This is definitely a place you need to try out if you are interested in getting waxed. Reasonable prices and great locale make this my go to wax spot.

I went in for my first Brazilian wax and have no complaints whatsoever! Excellent customer service! I went on Saturday afternoon and was taken care of right away. Claire was my tech and she was so professional and friendly. She was amazing! Since she knew it was my first time, she was very patient and offered a lot of advice. She talked to me the entire time and I believe this made the actual process even more relaxing for me. Great experience and will definitely be going back again!

I came here to get my eyebrows waxed for the very first time ever. The receptionist was super friendly and very professional. Courtney was the one who did my eyebrows and not only did she do a FANTASTIC job of shaping them, but she also made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the process (I was a bit nervous since I’d never had them done before). Great job, ladies! See you next month!
