Mattress Firm Uptown West

I purchased a new Simmon Black Beauty Rest and have had great sleep. This mattress is perfect.

This new mattress firm store was a great place to make a quick purchase of a twin bed we needed! Vince was super helpful and efficient. Great location and customer service in a nice, clean new store. Will return for future bed purchases for sure.

As a first time mattress buyer the process was made easy. Chase helped me through the selection process and gave his honest opinions. I didn’t feel rushed or hustled. Great experience!

BEWARE!!! We went shopping on Sat. and purchased an expensive mattress for our son and finalized the sale (I thought). The only missing item was to get prescription from the physician so we would qualify for exemption of state tax. I brought the prescription on Sunday and thought it was a done deal according to a different salesperson. Expecting a delivery this morning between 8 – 11 am, I waited all morning. At 11 am I gave the salesperson who did the deal on Saturday said that the deal was NOT finalized and that is why it was not loaded for deliver. I gave my credit card, the prescription and the salesperson told me personally it was finalized. It is not fair to a customer to take time off and wait for an anticipated delivery when there was a clear 48 hours to rectify the situation at the store (i.e one salesperson fixing the screwup of another salesperson) and getting the customer taken care of. Instead, I have to juggle my time to accommodate Mattress Firm’s incompetence to get the delivery 11 – 2 tomorrow. There is no accommodation for this mess on Mattress Firm’s part. The only offering is to waive the $ 59 delivery charge. My time is more valuable than a mere $ 59. BOTTOM LINE… incompetence!!! Beware when dealing with this store.
