I work right down the street from this place so I thought I would give it a try. It’s always packed at lunch time so I figured it had to be good. I really wanted a chorizo and egg burrito which they do not have on their menu but they were really nice about it and made me one. It was really good! I just moved here from Cali so I have been on a long search for some good actual Mexican food (not Tex Mex) and this place nailed it. I definitely recommend!

Be prepared for A LOT OF FOOD if you get a Mixto plate. If you dine in, it’s kinda small, but the server-​lady is suuuper nice, kinda like a Mexican mom. Although, she might get a little too comfortable & take a while for refills… Other than that, we’ll be back!

I’ve been eating Mexican since I was a boy and boy can I say this place does it right! Excellente y muy sabroso even if there’s a bit of a wait. Well worth it for the price. I’m now a fan!

The freshest and best on the east side and in Houston… The machocado con huevos are awesome… The flour tortillas are to die for… The place is clean and the waitstaff is professional and clean… I like dining in versus taking the food to go because O simply can’t wait to sink teeth into the food. My favorite tacos around the east side. My usual is flour tacos of fajita n trompo with cheese and avocado (cheese&avocado are extra). I highly recommended them. Order through phone for faster service. Always check ur order before u leave because they have got mine incorrect alot of times. They always forget to put the extras! Parking is a awful. But the taste of the tacos keep me coming back!

the food here is so good and somewhere I would stop by if I was craving some bomb tacos:)
the wait is slow though so I’d order in by phone if you have a particularly large order or have no time to wait.
there’s 2 of them, one is a taco stand off of federal (the one I’ve visited) and the other is off of Freeport. the parking there everytime I’ve tried to go has looked so bad
