They sold me spoiled beans and rice. Horrible and they hire a bunch of bae bae kids. I’m calling corporate this is the second time. they need to shut this location down.

There has been a recent change in management and apparently Taco Cabana took heed to all complaints because their customer service has vastly improved. My family/friends and I had been refusing to go there after we all had similar horrible customer service experiences but that has changed. I spoke personally with the new GM and he stated he stepped in to turn it around. I’m glad because I was missing my taco combo.

This Taco Cabana is horrible! The service is slow. The people who work here at this location always seem to forget one thing or another when ordering through the drive thru.

I love taco cabana in general but this location is not at par with the service I’ve received from other locations. My family and I were driving back to San Antonio from LA and waited 20+ minutes for our food. Not the case. is supposed to be fast food restaurant. Looking around many tables were missing their good. Please management, get your act together!

Nothing to special. But i love the flautas. Plus the 20% Military Discount is nice. The people are usally nice here but a high turnover rate of employees at this location. I don’t expect much for my $ 3 but fresh flautas.

Took forever to get a flauta combo… and when I did it was awful. Dining room was gross, trash all over… kids running around putting their hands all over the salsa bar. Never again.

Horrible service! Food was skimpy. Condiment bar was filthy and dirty. Th floors were sticky and there was blood stains on one of the chairs!!!

I’ve been here a few times for the street tacos and beef fajita nachos. My experience was comparable to that of other TC locations. Going on a weekday for dine-in during lunch means you will be waiting a bit longer for your food than I would prefer, but it’s not a big deal to me simply because TC is a step above fast food in my opinion.

Terrible! I visit this establishment maybe once every 3 years… & it always disappoints me. Poor service, filthy kitchen area, cashier working the register… dropping the food and handling drive thru all without washing his/her hands. Food portions small & what u see on the menu doesn’t come with the combo. And lastly(but I could go on) the food tastes frozen.

Their internet didn’t work. I went there because I could work and eat. It wasn’t a CLOSE drive either. I was very disappointed when I got there and the food wasn’t so good,(smaller portions than normal) and there was no internet working. I asked the employees and nobody, not even the manager knew anything about the wireless internet. Isn’t it SAD that the manager doesn’t know at all about the wireless, not even who to call about it?

The most horrible customer service OFMYLIFE ! I go up to the drive through & order a nacho supreme. It was my first time trying it, so I didn’t really know how to order it. The lady at the window asks if I would rather personal or large nachos. I say personal. Thinking it would be a big enough portion of nachos … It wasn’t ! When I got my nachos, personal isn’t how big of a proportion I thought it would be. I stayed at the drive through window, trying to change my order out. The lady at the drive through window purposely ignored me ! Pretending she didn’t see my big red car sitting there at that window for 10 extra minutes. I decide to drive off around front & go inside instead to swap my order out. When I went in & told the lady at the counter how I wanted the large nachos instead of personal. She gave me a look with attitude. She told another worker next to her that I wanted to swap my order. & She looked at me with attitude as well. She told me she wasn’t gonna swap my order out for me … Because she wasn’t «in the mood». The First Lady gave my new order to a worker in the back. I watched the lady in the back make my «new order» of nachos. She took the old nachos I had. Might I mention my old nachos were already cold & soggy nachos. They were already sitting there untouched for about 15 mins. She put the old nacho with the«new». She slapped beans, beef, & cheese on the nachos … Making my order without a care. The nachos were thrown around looked like. She gave it to me in a bag with cheese a nacho sauces all over it. My bag of food was leaning over — almost about to spill out. Because she carelessly put the nachos in the bag any kind of way. They all had attitudes towards me. Not one of them smiled. & they made my food terribly. The Worst service ever. I’ll never eat at taco cabana again ! With they rude *^*!

Ugh! Do not come here. Worst tex-mex ever at this place. They got our order wrong, and of course we didn’t notice ’til we got home. To top it off, it gave me an upset stomach. :(
