This will be short. The drive through cashier asked me to pull up and park. I said, «there’s nobody behind me». Then I got a stare from her. It was a standoff, but I guess I chickened out because I found myself pulling forward. I pulled up but not out of the curbed channel. She came out about 20 – 30 seconds later(it was just 2 tacos). Still had the ‘tude working, just handed me my bag without a word. I said to her back, «ok, have a nice day!» These are the people who want a $ 15 min wage?

This is really the worst Taco Bell. I come here for late night fast food when I’m too tired to cook. Every time they are out of something lately it’s been hot sauce– really how can you be out of that for and extended period of time… you’re Taco Bell. My order today was wrong and I didn’t feel like holding up the line trying to get it corrected. It was obvious that the clerk just couldn’t handle multitasking.

The drive through person Cynthia G is extremely rude. I asked her for a straw after she gave me my order, at which time she told me they didn’t have any straws. I returned to the restaurant a few minutes later because my drink had no carbonation. I decided to go inside since the drive through was full. I waited for 10 minutes to get another drink and Cynthia G is running her mouth in the back saying there was nothing wrong with the drink. Hey Cynthia G, if there was nothing wrong with the drink, I would not have wasted my time coming back and waiting for 10 minutes for another drink. FYI: Most adults with careers have better things to do than hang out in Taco Bell on their lunch break.

My husband and I did drive througha few minutes back(just got home), and they screwed up our order pretty badly! Our orders usually come out with one thing wrong, but this time it is unacceptable. All of our food is cold, they forgot or cinnamon twists, both of our drink orders are wrong, and the shell in the crunch wrap supreme is very stale. I understand it is fast food, which is why we don’t usually care one thing about our order is wrong, but this many things seems like someone tried to mess up our order. Update — the shell in the crunch wrap supreme and all the taco shells are completely stale.

Combo restaurants are the worst; slow service, very subpar quality food. They get neither the KFC or the taco bell right, it’s just plain bad. Never had to wait 10 minutes for my food at another taco hell, and the quality of the food was terrible. Who wants one bite of meat, one bit of sour crème, one bite of rice, proving that they just slapped it together haphazardly and sent it on it’s way to me. Seriously do one thing and do it right, not try to do both and fail miserably at both.

This is one of those franchise marriages that just weird me out. There are now two chances for a fast food place to get my order wrong at the SAMEWINDOW! Taco Bell and KFC? Hmmmm I know they are meant to satisfy everyone who is in the car’s appetite, but seriously, the only appetite who needs to be satisfied is the driver and everyone else can eat a taco or look out the window. For my first time going to this location, It was bittersweet. First off, I understand I went at 10PM, But that was no excuse for the poor customer service I got. First the girl forgets to give me my drink, which triggered me to check my bag. Good thing I did cause then I discovered she forgot some of my food, to which I got no apology for. Then, to make matters worse when I get home, I got a BEAN burrito, When I had Ordered a BEEF burrito, and both are of different prices. Will I go here again? No. I’d rather go to the Taco Bell or KFC on Sheppard, not only is it closer, but I get better service.

My dearest Taco Bell Corporate: These tidings travel to you from your new shiny location opposite the new shiny Freebirds in this up and coming new shiny area of town. I have to commend you for dropping a Taco Bell location right next to Freebirds here as a competitive challenge, just the same as you did with your Shepherd/Vermont location that can perpetually draw me in over Chipotle’s nearby location. Will the same happen when I am in this little area? Only time will tell! But I must bring the bad news with the compliments of your new location. The girl working the window needs a lesson in pleasing the customer, since the customer is always right, and I am always right. When I ask for«a lot» of Fire Sauce packets, then unable to see how many have been dropped into my bag and I then politely ask for some more, your workers should be trained to understand that THREEPACKETSOFFIRESAUCEISNOTENOUGH. Please ensure your workers learn how to count properly. No issues with the food(and thank the flying taco monster that no latex gloves ended up in my bag unlike Lauren T. below.) It never fails that this location somehow gets something wrong on my order. Whether I’ve ordered taco bell or KFC, something doesn’t come out of the window right. And so, I go here only when pizza from target or orange chicken from panda express, doesn’t sound good. I like taco bell and if they could get their act together, this would get a rating reflective of my love for all things bean & cheese. But so long as they can’t keep the tomatoes of my mexican pizza or pour me a mountain dew and not a pepsi, this place is a one star shop my friends.

Found a used latex glove in the bag with our food when we ordered to go. DISGUSTING! So the manager so generously offers to «re-make our entire meal.» What about a refund? Free something? Regardless, we wouldn’t dare eat it… this should NEVER happen in a clean restaurant!!!
