T.T Nails

First let me start by saying that this is my place! I love it. I started going here when they first opened bc I’d been looking for a good, clean place that is close to home. There are only certain tech’s that I will let do my mani and pedi, they are phenomenal! Sooo since I’m always telling everyone about how much I love it here, I’ve had several friends and family try it recently. WELL for some reason or another, none of the techs that I recommend are ever there lately, EVER! The couple of tech’s that are usually always there do not know English and are extremely hard to communicate with. My sister went in and tried it today and had a horrible experience. I knew she would bc none of the tech’s that I referred were there, so she settled for the 2 tech’s in the pic.
The pedi girl (I don’t know her name) tried to leave some old polish on one of her nails, TT filed her nails extremely crooked/​wavy looking, and both were very sloppy about every little thing, including the clear coat that goes over the shellac polish. She had to ask them to do a lot of things that they normally should do without someone asking. I’m embarrassed that I told her to go here.
My other sister went last week and same happened with her, no one that I referred her to was there and she had to settle for other tech’s. In her case though, she said they did an okay job. Both sisters, however, are extremely hesitant to go back at all! Not a good look for business, I must say!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m going home and taking these lee press on nails off. OMG I have never seen anything like this. I want to cry this is so bad. Took 2 and ½ hours and it was all I could do not to walk out when she put tips that were to small for my nail width. And she hurt so bad pulling the old ones off I could hardly keep a straight face

Most horrible experience. this is the 3^rd time I have been disappointed. Last time I went I just walked out. I got to the shop at 6:20 .still as waiting customer the lady decided to clean up the shop instead of doing my nails. I felt invisible and like they didn’t take me serious as a customer. Very rude service. They don’t deserve a star but Unilocal is making me put one

I will say they do a good job on nails. However I gave 3 stars because of the service. I have been in several times with a friend where one woman will start on my nails and the other will do other things instead of start on my friends nails so we can get out and go about our day, people have places to be. On their pedicures when they start on your nails they shouldn’t make you reach your hand across to them they should walk over so you can stay comfortable and enjoy your pedicure ! On the pedicures they need to massage your feet not your legs ! Hello I’m paying for a pedicure not a LEGICURE LOL ! If they want a tip massage my feet :) overall they are nice woman I think they just need to work on their customer service especially considering it is a nail salon and it is all about customer service & hospitality.

I went here based on the Unilocal reviews. I’m glad to say I was not disappointed! The nail techs were friendly and we had no language barriers. They have books of pictures you can look through for nail designs. Great work! Glad I found my new nail place!

This place has been open 3 months and it is great. I was the only one there, but it was the middle of the day on Monday. They are very clean and sanitary with packaged tools and a bag in the foot bath for everyone’s protection and convenience. Danny is very sweet and attentive. He was always checking on me and the temperature of everything. It was a great deal: pedicure with hot towels, paraffin wax, hot stones, and an awesome foot massage for only $ 30. I’ve paid more for less without the smiles and attention to detail TT has. Please check it out, they will take good care of you!

New nail salon in my neighborhood and it’s really nice and clean! Went in for a spa pedicure ($ 25) and a shellac manicure ($ 25) both were really nicely done. They applied a bag over the foot spa (which I LOVE) since it’s more sanitary. They also give you a warm stone massage. I will defiantly be coming back here.
