last time going to this location! They obviously have people that don’t know what they are doing! Specifically showed them a picture of long layer hair cut and ended up getting a blunt straight shoulder Cut??? Did not catch the name of the person but he was a male.

Be prepared to have an extended wait especially, if you have already put your name on the list in advance.
My experience with this Supercuts has also been when you call this location from Management stating «I don’t have time» then abruptly disconnects from the call!

Brenda did an awesome job cutting our 14 year old son’s hair. He has a «callic» that he plays with to distraction. She listened to what we needed and gave him a great cut that he can spike up! He loves it!

I have gotten about 10 haircuts here and it’s usually ok, but lately they have been super slow. The last time I went I was there for about 1 hour and 45 minutes… they told me 30 mins. Cut was average, not worth the wait.

First time there, wasn’t all that great. Didn’t like how the girl cut my hair. I had to wait about 30 minutes since I didn’t have an appointment. Shampoo/​conditioner is 6 bucks. My total was around $ 20 and my hair is pretty long. Won’t be returning though.

I recenlty moved close to this location. I am very weary about who cuts my hair because I have been going to the same person for years before I came to this supercuts. My first time coming here I happened to get Jennifer. As you can see from previous reviews that everyone has mentioned her and they are all right about her. She did a really great job and from then I would always get my haircut from her. Other than that the store was well kept and everyone was friendly.
I gave this location only 4 stars because I called this morning and found out that Jennifer is not longer at this location. I am not sure who or where I am going to go now, but if anyone knows of another person at this location trustworthy please inform me. VERY DISAPPOINTED that she is no longer there.

I drive all the way from Baytown, TX just to have my hair cut at this salon! I met Jennifer 3 years ago when I lived at Sawyer Heights Lofts and stopped at this location to get my hair cut! Even though I live in Baytown now I still travel 30 minutes because of the quality and friendly customer service I receive at this supercuts!!!

I have been coming to this supercuts on silber for a few years now. I have long hair and get it highlighted every couple months. I am pretty picky about my hair and have never been disappointed in the quality of the work or ease of getting in to see someone. Diamond in the rough, check it out you won’t be disappointed! :)

I have been going to this exact location for roughly two years. The ladies are always friendly and full of smiles. Highly recommend the tea tree treatment, the head rub/​massage is always phenomenal!

I was told that it would be just a moment… That was a lie! Poor customer service. It was taking sooooo long I just left after a hour and a half. Without getting a hair cut… If this place is busy, don’t bother going here… It’s waste of your time! Your better off just going to sports clips down the road.

This was my first haircut in Houston, TX. I had previous good experience from Supercuts so I decided to try this location. My hair stylist was Maria which was very friendly and easy to talk to. I am very picky with my haircuts and not easy to please but Maria did a great job. My hair looks great & I got exactly what I wanted. The price was affordable $ 14.00 and they offer a deal which is get 10 haircuts and get 1 free card.
