Terrible customer service. Only 2 employees on staff and 5 customers waiting. I’ve been standing here for 20+ mins, no greeting when I walked in, no update on how much longer till they be able to see me. Attention Store Manager… please work on your employees customer service.

I guess you get what you pay for !! Plans are inexpensive but be careful of all the fine print. Customer service has improved from a minus 10 to a minus 1 Amazing that some if the staff don’t even know their own plans

My mom and I Went into the store to upgrade to iPhone 6’s and were greeted and helped almost immediately! We were helped by Balfre first and he made sure we got the best deal helped change our plans and saved us money! Next we were helped by Tarelton, he went above and beyond to make sure our phones were backed up and working properly! He even applied our screen protectors and suggested great phone cases along with showing us a review on them! I would definitely recommend this store! The staff is amazing!

I had issues with my phone, so I took it in to this Sprint store for service. I was greeted by a warm and friendly young lady who took me back to her computer. She listened intently and took compassion on my situation. I could tell she genuinely cared for me and the problem I had with my phone. She treated me like a friend and made note of every complaint I was having with my HTCEVO Design. I left my phone with her and when I returned an hour later, I was helped by another young man who was working on my phone. He replaced it for me with another refurbished one and helped to answer my questions and give recommendations on future phone purchases. When I’m in the market for a new phone again, I think I’ll try them out again. My only complaint is that if you miss the first driveway, you have to go all the way around the strip center to get in.
