Great staff! I was greeted with genuine smiles and efficiency in getting checked in. Surrounding area wasn’t too great a concern, as I was told by my friends, the area was considered the «Industrial District». That being the case I didn’t expect 5 star surroundings. Overall, my trip was great. Nice bed, waffles in the morning, warm staff.

I frequent budget motels when I travel. I have accepted locations with few amenities, average to poor location, cleanliness, furnishings, the works.
It is both surprising and refreshing to find a motel like this one. From the ground up, totally re-​modeled. Everything works. Smells good. Exceptionally clean. Polite, professional staff. New carpet, rooms, hallways. Front desk and lounge area brand new. ALL the extras included that I have paid twice as much for in other places. In price checking when I hit town, quoted $ 20 bucks more for a dirty, skanky place a block away.
