I’ve explored several different nails salons, but Sunshine Nails is the one place I always go back to for pedicures and of course my nails. Sunshine Nails has never disappointed me, and always meets my expectations. It is so hard for me to find a nail shop I like, I AM VERY PICKY. Honestly this place is the best around the Copperfield area. I actually live on Fry rd. but I do not mind the drive considering how great of a job they do and their prices are very reasonable.
Here are the reasons why:
1. This nail salon is very clean and well kept. Utensils always come from new packages and look polished. They offer a variety of services from facials to eyebrow waxing. They always have the newest and most popular products. Also, they have a bunch of different types of pedicures ranging from as low as $ 20. I personally like the hot stone pedicure though which is only $ 25.
2. Within the first few moments of sitting down, the manicurist always offers me something to drink. They offer liners for the pedicures if you would like. Everyone is very prompt and works diligently.
4. The finished product is excellent! My nails are perfectly polished, shaped, and filed. As long as you tell them what you would like done they do exactly what you want. My nails always last for almost a month! My heels stay smooth for a long time, too. I have never had a complaint.

Don’t recommend. Not a good manicure and they talked in their language the entire time, which is rude. My tech didn’t even use the cuticle cream on all of my nails and then did a terrible job of even pushing my cuticles back and trimming them. When I mentioned something to her the talking between the other techs in their language increased. She was annoyed and said she did it already, but if she had I would not have a need to point it out. My nails were rough on the tips and overall bad experience. There are so many other nail salons to try that are excited to have your business.

This had to be my worst nail experience ever. I came in on new yrs eve at 7pm the only 2 customers in the shop getting serviced. I had a 20 min wait no problem. Then it came to my nails getting done and there it begin. The «manger» chose to do my nails and was unhappy to do so Idk why I’ve never met her before. During the process she made several mistakes and this was just fitting the nails on with the glue. She put them on and took them off several times before she got it right. Then it was time to cut the nails. I choose the stiletto style. Well again another problem she admittedly said I don’t know how to do this and I was passed off to the lady sitting next to her. I moved with no problem thinking it would be better, not! As she started on my nails she found her own problem with the nails that were glued on by the «manger“she starts to pick some off and reapply. That was done now on to cutting which was no better. The nails were uneven some shorter than others and vice versa. After 10mins finally on to the application of the acrylic. Which was poorly done and rushed which ended up on my skin. All done and it’s paying time $ 40 for a full set at this point I just ready to go I didn’t get polish or designs just acrylic. Well not even 10 days after getting them done. The work is shown which is poor at best. A nail popped off and 8 others are lifting. I call on Friday to say I would be in on Saturday for them to fix the problem. «Mgr“said no problem. Came in as stated on Saturday and she said come in on tomorrow (Sunday). I did and when I got there guess who wasn’t there… The «manger». Once the other employees come to ask what I needed I told them what I was told they said oh no you have the wrong business that I was mistaken. Really… I kept my wits and told them the day and time I came in plus the persons that did my nails. Finally one calls the «manger» they talk for a bit before the phone is handed to me. Once again they change the story first she says she can only honor to 10 days then after she realizes that it is within that time frame she says a week which would still be covered since I called on Friday. But she still insist that I must pay because its not covered and that I need a refill. She even tried to tell me its my fault i don’t know how to take care of my nails which is funny because I’ve been wearing nails since i was 14 and I’m 37 now and this is the first time I’ve had an experience like this. I said thank for your time this is your business and you can run it how you like. I will never step foot in this place again even if it was free and my life depended on it. I urge you to not waste your money here. The only reason there is a star is because Unilocal has you rate in order to post review!

Update on the buzzer — they have since switched to a more pleasant sounding timer. So I am a happy camper.

I found Sunshine Nails on Unilocal,and decided to give them a try since the reviews were so good. The salon overall is small, and a bit dated in terms of the look/​décor, but very clean. I received a great manicure and pedicure as well. What I enjoyed most was the service. The nail technicians were all genuinely friendly, and made me feel as though I was a regular there. They did not try to pressure me into purchasing other services which I really appreciate. They offer you the choice of lining the pedicure basin with plastic which was great. I declined to have it as I noticed that they were quite thorough with regard to cleaning them after their clients would leave. Overall, I’m happy with my experience and will return in the future.

Love this place! Right around the corner, almost always able to just walk in & get seated right away. Kim is my favorite for Pedi’s.

Favorite nail shop thus far on this side of town! Everyone there is so sweet and remembers faces and have the sweetest greetings! I’ve been getting my nails done for months here (acrylic-​powder color) and none of my nails have chipped, broken, or snapped off! Good foundation and a wonderful booklet of designs to choose from. I would recommend coming here! Not the cheapest but not extremely expensive. Great quality for what you pay for to walk out with beautiful nails!

The ladies at Sunshine Nails always take great care of me! The salon is clean, they are friendly and customer service oriented. Prices are great too! I have been frequenting them for a year now, must try is the Pearl Pedicure-​amazing!!!

I’m updating this review because in less than a week, my shellac has already chipped off. I was so excited this place was open on Sunday’s but sadly I will never go back. I’m giving two stars for service and the place seemed pretty clean. Chipped gel main sure after less than a week and the tech cut me. I would not recommend going to this nail place.

Been going here for years. I recently moved across town and still go back because I’ve tried 3 other shops that were nowhere near as good.
Everyone is so friendly, they greet you at the door instead of making you wait for the ONE person who speaks english like so many nail places do. THI is worth her weight in gold and even their waxing and other services are very well done.

This is my nail spot. The ladies are always pleasant and do a good job. Totally relaxing environment!

I have been going here for over 2.5 years. This place is not in the easiest of locations to get in and out of but I love how I am treated here.
I have gone to many places but no one does my spa pedicures like Tee does. She is the only reason I keep coming back. When I first started coming there they used to offer the paraffin wax with their pedicures. Then all of the sudden it stopped over a year or so ago. I was a little upset about this and went to some other places, but no one worked on my feet like Tee does so I keep coming back.
I would definitely recommend this place for the spa pedicures and ask for Tee. I can’t rate any other services because the pedicure is the only thing that I ever get.
