Regal Nails

I’ve frequented this location many times throughout the years, with hit or miss results but the past 2 visits were beyond disappointing. 1) The most resent visit I was charged $ 5 to remove incorrect nails from 1 week previously… with another nail??? Shredding my fragile nail bed. 2) Then tech. assured me she could do EXACTLY as the picture I provided, not. 3) She «sawwed» on my nail-​bed so badly it took several days for the swelling to subside. 4) She put 2 nails on crooked, only after I pointed it out to her did she change them? A customer should NEVER have to inform a «skilled» technician of their mistakes, especially when both of my index nails are STILL crooked? No, my nail-​bed is straight like the rest of my fingers. 5) She NEVER put a cuticle protector on fingers, but placed my hands under the UV lights far more times than necessary. 6) She was rushing to add the multiple coats of polish and the finish was uneven in color with multiple glops?! It was the most unprofessional and disappointing beauty experience. The worst $ 40 and 2 hours of my life wasted. But one gets what one pays for, low budget results in inferior service.
