I give this place 0 stars! I came here about a month ago and i should have gone on Unilocal before I came in. The man massaging me was a perve! To keep this traumatising story short it was worse massaging experience I ever had and will definitely not recommended the place.

It was a torture, i wish the whole session was over soon. Every bone in my body was hurting and sore for a few days after. I was traumatized by that lady. Will never come back again. On top of that, they pretended that they dont have change to give me back $ 10 so they would take $ 10 for tip, rip off in day light! Do not come here for your massage

I went there yesterday. Was tendered by a guy. He did a few adjustment to my spine without my consent. I actually was warning him when he did real quick. He must have thought he was a chiropractor or something. My neck bond and lower back is still really sore and having pinching pain today. Those who find it quiet must not be Chinese. Because Once he found out that I speak Chinese, he wants to chat all the time. Even his partner the masuise who work on my friend warned him that we prefer to relax and sleep, he still can’t keep his mouth shut. I understand that he might have done all this out of good intention, but he was unprofessional at best. Which makes me suspect more about the pain on my spine. Needless to say, I will never come back.

Horrible experience my friend and I went in and noticed all the worker had to Goto the restroom in the middle of the massage. My friends masseuse and the other gentleman’s masseuse just so happen to have Togo to the restroom too. My friends masseuse kept answering his cell phone and talking and laughing with the lady doing mine. At check out I left only a 3 dollar tip i felt i shouldn’t have left any thing but ow well, the lady showed the credit card slip to her coworker speaking in her language and got mad and have it back to me to change it. Never going back again. A+ down the road is a lot more professional.

Can’t really claim myself to be an expert in massages, but I have gotten way too many massages throughout Asia and here in Houston to know what a good massage should be. If you frequent Chinatown on Bellaire it is inevitable to see all the flashing neon lights of $ 20 foot massages. This time, I chose to try Sunshine. I had an older gentleman name Xing as my masseur. I didn’t talk much, after all, you will know it from first touch if your person know what they are doing! Sure enough, Xing knows what he was doing. After my one hour of the basic service(including head, neck, hand, foot, leg, then back – all in the order); I felt really really good. I must say, I was quite impressed with Xing’s knowledge of the pressure points. He even applied some qi-gong(control of the airflow in your system). I could feel my body reacting well to the massage because my body felt light and blood well-circulated for the next few days(the way it should be). I wanted to see if it was just my luck that day or if it was really Xing’s skill so I decided to give Sunshine another try two weeks later. To my disappointment, Xing was no in that evening, so this young fellow gave me the massage. Unfortunately, the young guy didn’t know what he was doing. My friend who went with me also agreed that her young fellow’s skill was also not up to par. We both felt«touched» but no relaxing feelings in exchange we got soreness the next day. Oh, also, my friend and I were the only two receiving massages that day around 9 pm, the ladies at the front were chatting so loud as if they were in a local street market. That was annoying to the point that I had to tell them to tone it down so we could enjoy our«massage.» Yesterday, I decided to call ahead of time to see if Xing is available. I was happy to secure an appointment with him. I went with the curiosity if Xing’s massaging skill can be repeated. I must say, Xing delivered again! His got skill. Period. I didn’t give this place a 5 star because not all of its masseurs deliver the same masseurs skill. It could be a hit or miss. But one thing for sure, it will be a hit if you request Xing.

lways a nice place to a get a quiet and relaxing massage after a a few days constantly on feet comming and going places. One of the few places in CHinatown area where its clean, pleasant and courteous. Only compliant is that my own people think I’m a whole other ethnicity all together.

I really enjoyed Sunshine Foot Relax. We were greeted by three people at the front and they promptly took us back. The improvements I have listed below should not deter you from going because they are only minor in my eyes. :) Good: 1. They use a good amount of pressure when doing the face, head, and back massage. It feels good and its really relaxing. 2. The price is so cheap at 20 bucks for 1 hour. 3. You will never have to wait for a massage here 4. They are open until 10PM at night. Most places in the Bellaire Area close at 7PM. 5. You can get a 1.5 hour massage for 30 bucks. 6. The music they play is pretty relaxing. Improvements: 1. They could have offered us water after the massage because my girlfriend and I were both thirsty. 2. They could have used more pressure during the foot reflexology because it felt like I was being tickled part of the time. 3. They talked a little bit too much for my taste during the massage. 4. The hot water they had me place my feet in was not warm. Thanks, Robert Altmiller

Yet another run of the mill foot massage places in Chinatown, but this place is great. They don’t make you wait long, take appointments and stay open till 10 pm. They listen to you, try to understand the level of pressure you want and they keep it really quiet. They also have 3 levels of massage at three different price points, $ 20, 30 and 40 with varying times. For $ 20 you get the regular foot massage where they work on your foot for 30 minutes and the rest of your body for the other 30. Unlike A+ Massage, the masseurs are happy to be tipped $ 5, they don’t demand you pay them $ 10 for a $ 20 massage. I also like that they keep their nails trimmed and none of the people smoke. Other Chinatown places have that problem.
