Subway

This is the Subway next to Café Adobe’ and next to Baybrook Mall on Bay Area Blvd. I love Subway for just about everything on their menu, however, this particular Subway isn’t one of my favorites and I am reluctant to go, but it’s close so I go anyway.
Why? There’s one woman that works in there (I may assume she owns or manages the place because she’s always there) that is rude. It isn’t pleasant trying to order. She seems to get upset about every order made. She shakes her head in disgust, doesn’t smile, talk nicely, or acknowledge the customers. Maybe she hates working there? I don’t know.
Ah well, the sandwiches are good anyhow. The ingredients are fresh, and they come out consistent with that of other locations.

This location has the WORST customer service ever. I work close by and instead of having to go into the mall I have chosen to go to this location right outside the baybrook mall. They never say hi, never greet you, and never thank you for your business. The only reason I still go is because of convenience. I very much dislike the employees and have complained, yet no change.

I am a lover of soft squishy bread. Therefore I like Subway’s subs. Italian herb and cheese is my favorite. They are skimpy on the fillings but they are cheap and it fills you up. I have the urge to come here about twice a year and they have yet to disappoint.
