I love this place. I’m trying to eat healthy so I come here every day for lunch. I use the Subway app to place my order. When I walk in, they hand me my order and there’s no waiting in line(if anyone else is in line, they look surprised that I was able to get my food without waiting.) Juan, Deborah and the other employees are really nice. I enjoy my daily visits here. It’s s healthy option, inexpensive, plenty of parking, clean restaurant, friendly staff. They’ve never been out of any ingredients and I’m there on a daily basis. Keep up the good work!

I just left the location to pick up a quick meal. I also got a side of attitude from Selena P. absolutely free. There is a friendly guy there who was making small talk while I was waiting for help with my order. The lady whom I presume was Selena based on my receipt chided him for being ‘loud’. I didn’t think he was and liked that he was friendly. After placing my order another customer came in where Selena stated ‘Yes Ma’am’. With no immediate response Selena, said ‘Yes Ma’am’ again. The customer annoyingly said«Just a minute! Jesus!» Yeah. We were all annoyed with Selena by now. Fixing my sandwich, I asked for three items and might as well have been one. Yes. Selena was being skimpy with the veggies. I let her know she didn’t have to be and asked for more. Yep. Got two more olive slices. Guess you showed me… Anyway, paying for the bill it was all out attitude now with me and the customer behind me. Swiped my card. Tore off my own receipt as Selena was dishing angst to the customer behind me and wen back to work. I’ll choose differently in the future about where I get lunch now.

I guess this couldn’t be more opposite than the first review that showed up on the list but here it goes, Repeat after me. Terrible service. I also work nearby and my experience has been the same every time. The employees always seem to make me feel that I am making their day worse just for coming in. They rush you through your selections, man-handle your sandwich and just have a genuine«I don’t care» attitude. Since coming here from a different state, I was used to «sandwich artists» now I get Burger King service.

Every time I come here they are always out of something! The first time it was black olives, sad day. I went there yesterday and witnessed a customer storm out because they ran out of pickles(maybe she was pregnant?)… And found out they were out of jalapeño bread! Unfortunately I will probably be back since this subway is close my office, but not too excited to find out what they are out of next… :/

What can I say, it’s a subway. But for those of us who work in the area and tend to forget your lunch at home, this review might be helpful. I’ve decided to go on a hunt for the world’s greatest subway and this one falls right in the center of the list. Not great, not terrible. The upside: the people that work here are very friendly and competent, and since I go there a lot they sometimes give me free stuff which is great. They even make suggestions on how to make your sandwich better if you ever suffer from occasional eater’s block.(It’s a term, I made it up just now.) The downside: If you don’t show up by lunchtime, your choice of breads will be cut down to, well one. And if you’re like me and like to eat healthy its usually not the wheat. And to make a bad situation worse you may even be faced with the misleading question of «what kind of bread do you want. .. we don’t have that.» Twice. Bottom line: Good for a lunch break on a workday, but not memorable unless you go there enough times to remember it.
