I first tried Trios about a month ago and loved it! The wraps are huge, yummy, not-so-filling and the price isn’t outrageous. I’ve talked this place up to co-workers, friends and family which some have become loyal customers. Word of mouth is priceless. My company frequently holds meetings with clients that travel from all over the country and it is my job to order their lunches. Last week I ordered and was a bit disappointed that they couldn’t deliver because they were«too busy» but they’re right down the street… no big deal. Well today I called to order for 17 of our clients and was refused service completely. When I asked the employee on the phone if I could pick the order up, she put me on hold, talked to her manager(again) and began to apologize and stated that they are just too busy to provide our lunches… «sorry…» Wow! What business completely refuses service and worse, has an employee with broken English get on the phone to apologize on the managers behalf? They’re corporate phone number is on their web page so I called to see if there was a way I can get our lunches as this would make me look unprofessional to our clients… getting everyone to get their lunch requests to me is a challenge sometimes: o/The person I spoke with was attentive but to my surprise I was asked if his manager could call me back in 5 minutes«because he was doing something.» All I could say is okay… apparently he called the store’s manager because I never got a call back from corporate but instead, the store manager that refused me service. What I got was more of an excuse than an apology(which I think I deserved) but what it comes down to is that I was able to order my lunches(pick up, of course) and not look like a fool to our clients. They DO have wonderful fresh food and friendly employees… I just wish they would staff up. I don’t think turning down business should ever be an option. That’s my two cents: o)

I mean, it’s a sandwich. I’m not going to give a sandwich 5 stars. That being said, totally impressed with Trios. I’m currently on a dieting frenzy and having been too lazy to pack my lunch today, I was on the hunt for something healthy. Trios is near the office and I’ve driven by numerous times. Wraps and salads have to be healthy, right? Disappointingly, Trios doesn’t have their nutritional info on their website, however, when I walked in, I asked the cashier if they had nutritional info. She said yes, and immediately asked the manager to print them up for me. Fully armed with info, I was able to make pretty decent choices. I will say that surprisingly, only one wrap appears to be less than 400 calories(ancho turkey wrap). I got the BBQ chicken wrap with light cheese and the flaxseed bread for 450 cals. I will say, it’s pretty darn tasty! The bbq sauce isn’t overpowering, and it’s chock full of delicious veggies. The manager also rung me up and gave me additional healthy tips for next time I come in; she even showed me how best to eat the wrap! Four stars for pretty good flavor, and excellent service! I’ll definitely be back.

I love this place! Its a chain but this is the only location they have in the United States. I take my girlfriends there to eat on the patio all the time for a healthy yet delicious lunch. The people are very nice inside and they even have a convenient drive-thru window for quick grabs. The food is cheap and they have a good variety of food from paninis, wraps and stuffed potatoes. They have a breakfast menu too, which I haven’t tried but I imagine is a good choice. They will customize any item on the menu for you and its all pretty inexpensive. They even satisfy my boyfriend’s tastes as he isn’t always as health conscious as I am.

This place is on Westheimer, which is in close proximity to my job, so that’s nice. I’ve never been inside, but have visited the drive thru on a few occasions. The first time I went I had a TERRIBLY hard time choosing what I wanted and the lady suggested a spicy buffalo chicken wrap. It was *amazing* and fresh and crisp and everything it should’ve been. The lettuce was perfect, the chicken was spicy and flavorful, the avocado soft, the wrap superbly warm. I was very impressed, but found $ 12 to be a *bit* ridiculous for what I got… Either way, healthy food is more expensive, I get it. The 2nd time I was excited to get the same thing. They didn’t have it on the menu anymore nor would they make it for me. Being as indecisive as I am, once I FINALLY came up with choice #2, they didn’t have the ingredients for that either. Choice #3 — same thing. RIDICULOUS. I ended up asking what they did have and got some sort of wrap that was NOT anywhere near as good, but probably just not for me. This place has great food and it’s healthy… Not to mention, its absolutely delicious. The biggest problem they can’t seem to fix — you have to actually have the ingredients available to make the menu items customers order.: /

CREDITCARDFRAUDALERT. I and my coworkers came to eat here. We used our credit cards to pay for the meal, $ 7.55 each. The next day both of our banks(Chase & Bank of America) called to verify unusual charges. Both cards had a charge for the same amount as Trios $ 7.55 but this time somewhere in Atlanta GA. The next transaction was also in GA but the amount was $ 1200.00. Banks alerted both me and my coworker and indicated that jugging by the pattern the card numbers were probably stolen at this restaurant. The Bank gave the money back and will continue investigation but I will never eat here again.

If you don’t have the ingredients/options available, it should be on your menu. Came here for coffee/drinks, and they didn’t seem to have anything except plain coffee. I wanted a latte with soymilk(best friend to the lactose intolerant), and they didn’t have that, nor any other milk other than whole milk(even though on their menu they have many milk options). It was completely empty the entire time we were there(this was a Saturday mid-morning from 1030−12ish). Didn’t try the food, which may be amazing, but I will never know.

I first visited Trios the week it opened. Was very happy with the selection and quality of food. Especially the kids offerings. Great price as well. Shortly after I tried to visit but realized they no longer were opened for dinner. My son loved this place from the first visit and was disappointed. We finally made it back. On this visit I ordered the Ragin Cajun Chicken Wrap and the chicken fingers for my son. We shared the wedges off his meal. Enough wedges for the both of us. The first thing I noticed was the chicken fingers were no longer fingers. Looked more like the processed chicken fingers you would buy at Wally World. Can’t say they tasted much like chicken. All I know is he enjoyed them, and they kept him quiet with there odd shapes. I do wish Trios would go back to the old chicken fingers that were actually chicken. It won’t stop me from visiting though. We’ll just get something off the big menu. Now my wrap was delicious. Chicken grilled just right and warm to taste. Produce tasted fresh and the wrap itself was flaky like I like them. No complaints whatsoever. Staff was friendly. Even went out there way to refill my drink while I dealt with my son. SO I definitely had to leave something for the lady on the table. Most definitely will return. Just don’t know when because of the lack of evening hours. Please change this. If not I can understand the demands of the business. A++

Totally underwhelmed by this place and its a tad bit too expensive for lettuce and cheese. The wraps appear to be healthy, but they load them up with mayo-like spreads and other sauces which takes away from the whole healthy eating experience. My enjoyment level was 1 on a scale of 5… if it werent for the hibiscus tea; I would surely give this place a big fat 0.

I recently went to Trios down under after buying my groupons online. I have to say i was taking by surprise how great the wraps were. I ordered the avocado chicken wrap that was a combo with potato wedges. My friend ordered the peso chicken panini, and she also ordered the combo. We left full and satisfied with the food and service. If you are on Westheimer near beltway 8, i recommend you stop by trios Downunder for breakfast or lunch. I will definitely be back to try different wraps.

I’m not normally one to pick on other reviews, but I have to make fun of a review here that says both«tastes like a turd» and«I’ve been five times». Yum. Why not make it ten? Ok, now back to our regularly scheduled program. My chicken schnitzel wrap was excellent — moist breaded chicken, cole slaw, on a very nice flax seed wrap, with a bit of mayo and chili sauce. It was very tasty and seemed pretty healthy. Then there were the potato wedges. Don’t get me wrong, they were delicious, piping hot, and very generous. And I like fried food as much as the next guy(well, probably more than the next guy) but that little box, especially when you add the provided sour cream(which was too thick for dipping) and chili sauce(an odd choice) must have packed quite a calorie whallop. I definitely recommend trying Trio’s, but if you get the potato wedges don’t kid yourself that you’re eating healthy.

My sis and I love this place, the wraps are really good, it is kind of like a salad in a wrap and the«spring mix» is always fresh and never wilty, also the potato wedges are the bomb especially with the chili dipping sauce. I have not tried their breakfast and we are super bummed that they are no longer open after 3:00 it was a great quick healthy dinner pick up spot especially with their drive through but they are no longer open for din din:-(

I was expecting a lot less than what I got here. I was thinking a healthy-tasting wrap with the low-cal/low taste ratio. Instead, I got what I will call a tasty wrap on a fresh pita-like bread that was anything but healthy-tasting. To top it off, my lunch was under 10 bucks! I will definitely keep this in my lunch routine. Parking is limited here, but then again, it never seems to be crowded when I go here anyway.

I would like to give this place 3.5 stars since I wouldn’t really put it on the same level as some of the nicer places I’ve eaten at, but it really was very tasty. I got a lunch combo that cost about $ 10: spicy Portugese chicken wrap on thick Laffe and the potato wedges with sweet chili sauce and sour cream and a drink. The wrap was definitely full of taste! The Laffe(basically bread wrap) was thick, but almost not thick enough to contain the contents of the wrap. Rice, spring lettuce mix, caramelized onions to give it a sweet taste, thin slices of chicken and sauce were bursting out of the wrap! It was a pretty big wrap too… more like a burrito. I could barely finish half of it. Although that could also be due to the fact that the potato wedges were addicting! I dipped them in the sour cream and then the sweet chili sauce and it was very unique and yum! My bf kept eating mine. :P But, they gave me a hefty portion… a full Chinese takeout type box… so it’s alllllll good. I also had a bite of his adobe turkey wrap and that was good as well. I would definitely come back here for a healthy lunch. Well, healthy if you don’t get the potato wedges, probably. Yes it’s on the pricier side, but they give good portions and as someone else pointed out, it’s better than Subway. Way better. :) They also have umbrella’d tables outside so you can enjoy the fall weather when it shows up. Yay!

I was excited about this place, being close to my office and all. Underwhelming. Expensive. Not worth it. Expensive. $ 12 can get me a great lunch in the area. Not exactly a healthy option either… Not bad for you, but there should be options that allow flavor with out fat. When ordering a wrap and requesting«No Mayo» I was told that my wrap would be pretty boring without the flavored mayo. I then asked what would be a better wrap to request if I prefer flavor over fatty spreads. I was told that they could not really recommend a substitute, nor a replacement. Ordered the wrap with mayo on the side, and guess what? They were right. Will not return. But kudos for the try!

On my first visit they had just opened and since they were slow, I was told they had closed early. It was around 5pm on a Sunday, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Stopped back in today and got Ckn walnut wrap with potato wedges to-go. Service was quick and friendly and food came out quickly. Ice tea is great. The wrap was decent, but the flavor was a bit bland. Fries were good. I will prob try a hot wrap or pannini next time or ck out their breakfast.

looking for something light and fresh for lunch check this place out. Wrap meal(include hot wedges or chips + drink) around $ 10 Parking lot sucks, best to park behind the building and enter through back door. Service was fast and simple, only if they can get your order right.

When trio’s opened, I kept driving by, but it never interest me to try it out because of the lack of customers. I guess my thought was if no one is in there it must not be good. So, last weekend I happened to be on a pita crave. I went online and read the reviews and looked at menu online to see what they had to offer. What caught my interest was the type of pitas they had. The inside of trio’s was very clean and modern. There’s a flat screen tv plastered on the wall, but it wasn’t on. I ordered some chicken pita, sorry forgot the name. When i ordered, I was under the impression from their web site that you can choose between the different types of ptia bread, but the person that took my order never asked. I also ordered a bag of chips and drink which all totaled close to $ 10. Honestly, I think the place was over priced. The pita was okay, but definitely not worth the price. I’d probably go back but as a last resort kind of place. This place is one notch above pita pit.

So the place just opened up, and the wraps are a new direction in lunch time adventure around these parts. I have tried the panini, spuds and the of course the great wraps! I still can decide which I like better. Filling and healthy! You cant beat that! One last thing, how could I forget… the breakfast wraps are great! They have there own signature ones or you can build your own! They open early so check them out!

Trios Downunder is a brand-spanking new and most welcome addition to the range of Westheimer eateries. Working in the area, I had passed by its«Coming Soon» draped windows for quite awhile, and on my first time in, the Aussie establishment did not disappoint. With many wraps, spuds and paninis to choose from, I finally settled on the Walnut Chicken Wrap. Perhaps it was just early-going kinks getting worked out when they accidentally made me an American Club Wrap — but no worries, mate: they more than made up for it by giving me that AND making my original order. Both wraps were delicious, especially the crunchy walnuts mixed in with the chicken wrap. I see myself making many a trip back here, especially those ravenous mornings when I can’t wait to try their breakfast wraps. Good on ya, Trios.

Australian w’rap… Buying bread from a man in Brussels He was six foot four and full of muscles I said, «Do you speak-a my language?» He just smiled and gave me a vegemite sandwich Very important point to note is that this is the FIRST one in America and that they choose to buy all their ingredients from local Houston suppliers thereby supporting the local economy. Now say«G’day sport!» to the latest Aussie Wrap… They say ‘Three’s a charm’ and Trios fits the bill perfectly. «Fair dinkum» staff with a welcoming smile will greet you. I have been here twice now and am well impressed with the quantity, quality and freshness of their bonzer grub. Signature product is Laffé bread, based on the original Lebanese bread. Choose from Wholemeal, Flaxseed, Thick or Thin. My preference is the ‘Thick’ as it is soft and sweet. They have a huge range of mix and match fillings for their; Traditional or Grilled wraps, Toasted Paninis, Baked Spuds Fresh Salads and also a Kiddies Menu AND then there are… Soups, Sides, Cold Drinks, Desserts & Vegetarian options Look out for their Lunch and Dinner ‘specials’ or just go start the day with one of their ‘Build your own’ Breakfast wraps. Bloody brilliant change from the other fast food chains and not to be missed.
