This is a solid. Falafel and egg sandwich with goat cheese and a perfectly medium runny egg… perfection! Homemade spicy andouille sausage with egg on a scratch biscuit? Bravo! A good food truck worth seeking out.

An all around Egg-​cellent place to eat at anytime of day! The food is beyond is egg-​mazing and I would highly recommend the sausage gravy on everything! The eggs are always cooked to perfection and the presentation is spot on just like the service. Almost all of they’re items are local and organic at the same prices of other generic breakfast hubs which to me is amazing. You should definitely chEgg it out, but I must warn you… It is highly addictive!
