The location is good. Popular place. It’s too busy because there is never enough parking, inside is not as well maintained(tables and floors needing attention), no inside places to sit. Line inside is slow to move because drive through gets first priority. Sorry baristas, you guys are great your location is not.

Been here three times and will never come back. The customer service has always in my mind been subpar but today was it for me. I recently became a «Starbucks member» and upon doing so received a coupon for a free drink.(Sweet) so I pop on over and wait in the ridiculously long line(which I expect at any Starbucks) ordered my drink and pulled around. Upon getting to. the window I showed the girl my coupon on my phone and handed her my Starbucks card as instructed on the coupon. She handed me my drink and said nothing to me. I then smiled and said«have a nice day» to this she responded«mmmmhmm» REALLY?!

What a cool looking Starbucks! This was only my second time to the area, but I am teaching an MBA course a few blocks away. I found this one via Unilocal and just did a simple mobile order(one of my regular orders). The service was fine and the inside of the location was fairly clean. I will return.

This Starbucks is in a very nice neighborhood shopping center. It’s clean and has a cozy atmosphere. However, the staff is not very friendly. No one was smiling at me with that friendly Starbucks smile. The cashier walked slowly to the register like she was being bothered. And, the girl who made my coffee looked like she would rather be elsewhere. Get it together people. This is an extremely nice location. Now, we just need your attitudes to match.

I really wish there was another Starbucks in the area that stayed open late. I hate going here. Everyone I’ve encountered is extremely rude and short with customers. Unfortunately I work nights and this is the only Starbucks available at 10 pm on a week night.

I’ve been to this location twice this week and they are SLOW!!! I mean they’ve gotten worse I actually love the location and the dinner/wine menu is excellent but they need to speed this up! I waited for about 20 minutes and there was only 3 cars ahead of me, insane! Speed it up or you will loose clients.

This is the worst Starbucks around the area. Go to another if you can. I usually order a very simple drink(Latte Macchiato with one raw sugar) and it has been made wrong several times. On one occasion I was told the drink they gave me(a flat white) was exactly the same as a latte macchiato. I have also stood in line with 10 people in front of me with only one person at the register. The people who work there are never very friendly or nice. I think they need new management for sure at this location.

This location has the worst service and is just plain DIRTY. The«baristas» are clearly offended by your desire to bring your business there. I’ve been to this location out of convenience a handful of times and it takes an average of 10 minutes to get ANYTHING! I’ve been served cold coffee and when I told them it was cold they told me it’s because it was the last of what I ordered and had been there a while. It is a newer location and I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. Today was the last time though, the creamer station was filthy and they were out of napkins. When I went to the counter to get some they just told me they don’t have any… It was just after noon how do you not make sure your simple supplies are stocked for the next day when you end each night? I do give them high marks for consistency. Poor attitude, service and atmosphere are always the same here.

The starbucks at this location is average at best. The service is decent, but the drinks are so watered down that it’s not worth the drive to come here. There are other locations near me, but I go to this one if I’m visiting Vintage Park, but I’ll stick to other locations from now on. CLASSICCHAITEALATTE This chai latte is so watered down that you really can’t even taste the chai. I am so disappointed in it because I really love the flavor of chai and I love them super spiced up with a lot of chai flavoring. OPRAHCINNAMONCHAITEALATTE I wanted some cinnamon in my classic chai latte before and they recommended me this drink. I was excited because I thought it was going to be flavorful and highly spiced, but to my disappointment again! I was left with a bland chai latte with no flavor. I won’t be ordering these drinks anymore and I’ll be sticking to simple teas from now on when I visit this location.

I just went to this location right before closing and coincidentally, they did not have soy nor coconut milk for my drink. That’s extremely frustrating… but they will have it in the morning… really? They just didn’t want to service me; it took them a while to respond when I drove up. I arrived at 10:58pm and they closed 11pm.

I think I got the same lady as Angela b at the drive thru today. It’s around 1:30, and the girl I think who took my order was young and her name is Mary. These kids just don’t know please & thank you. She was a bit frustrated it seemed and I think they just placed her at the drive thru without training! Bad idea! It’s not her fault if she doesn’t have great customer service cause she probably wasn’t taught. My order was wrong and I had to clarify a couple of times haven’t tasted it yet so crossing fingers!

Lady in the drive thru at 6:00 a.m. Was in an awful mood. Wouldn’t respond to please or thank you, seemed put out when we asked for an extra cup or extra cream. Wouldn’t make eye contact. Couldn’t read her name tag, wore a black cap with lots of red sparkles added. Hope she has a better day tomorrow. This girl was a thin Black woman. And then this morning, when I ordered a decaf tea, she took my order, has lots of confusion at the window as if she was new. I was very patient. When I got to the window and tried to verify my drink was decaf, she then said«we don’t have no decaf tea». The line was long, I want going to make those behind me suffer. This lady happened to a also be black but was a little thinker. I think I’m going to have to find another brew favorite Starbucks. Maybe Willowbrook.

Another Starbucks going downhill. Not sure why some employees have terrible attitudes here. There used to be friendly staff/baristas but those days are gone. Today at the drive through our order was wrong and the employee was rude and made a comment as if it was our fault. No sorry, no apology, no nothing!

I guess there really is nothing Starbucks can do to me to mess up my star rating. All I ever get is Dark Roast with a shot or two. I will say I used to hate to support Starbucks. However now that they help their full time workers pay for school I am happy to support the cause. I believe in making people better and never holding them back. I think Starbucks shows their commitment to that attitude by helping with School. Oh and I love my Dark Roast!

Always the same. Always greeted with the same expressionless barista who never greets me and thrusts my drinks at me. I am appalled that the manager allows the staff to represent his/her store in this manner. And who is your regional mgr? For shame! This store replaced the one at Jones and 249 and they dont deserve the business. I am just going to find a local place or just brew my coffee at home. The trip prior to this one i waited at the window for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence and then the shift supervisor never even apologized for the delay — just took my money and handed me my drink. Your staff is a reflection of your leaders.

As I was waiting for my drink in the drive thru, I heard the man taking orders making fun of another customer and their drink order. I couldn’t believe it. You work at Starbucks, don’t make fun of someone ordering a Peppermint Mocha. Then when I asked to modify something in my drink, he acted annoyed and laughed. They took much longer than usual, but it was the below par customer service that really upset me. There is a coffee shop down the street that I’m sure will be much more appreciative of my business.

Great service. Kristina remembered my order. I haven’t been here for at least a week. Wow! With all the people that pass thru Starbucks on a daily basis, that is pretty incredible. This is in The Vintage Park shopping center. It’s fun to just walk around and look at the buildings.
