Service was nice and fast. Asked for extras vanilla and caramel on my caramel macchiato and they made it perfect. Pastries were also pretty good.

I’d give it 0 stars. I don’t know why I am back to this location. I guess because it’s on my way. This is THE slowest drive thru in Houston. And rude, rude baristas! Grrrr!!! *Shakes fist* End of rant.

This goes down as the Most awful Starbucks I’ve ever been to(and I go to Starbucks daily). Dirty, slow, and not friendly baristas. I asked for a cup of ice with my drink and they literally got it wrong! I won’t go back.

If I could I would rate it no stars. Staff is rude & they don’t seem happy to be there. I go there atleast 7 – 12 times a month if not more, since it’s right across from my job. But every time I go they are missing something or the drinks don’t taste the same. They were out of bacon Gouda sandwiches for 2 days then after that, they ran out of caramel for the caramel frappachinos. & sometimes if I don’t get there before 10am, they will not sell me a sandwhivh. I’ve complained to corporate a couple times & just got a gift card. I just want them to make it a great Starbucks like the rest.

Horrible! This place is nasty and has the rudest employees that I have ever had to deal with. Not to mention the lack of following an order. I went not knowing that the company had a buy one get one on holiday selection. So i order heard the person in front of me and simply asked about it and she ran over it and said did i want it or what did i want. I told the order then it was all wrong i ordered one with whip and one with out they both came without and the didn’t even taste good. Plus no toppings for the peppermint mocha fap… the rest room was dirty the handle on the sink was broken the toilet had this gross yellow ring inside. I threw my drinks away this place needs to be shut down and reopened somewhere else. Or bring in a new manager and retrain the staff.

I don’t know if they aren’t a participating location per se, but I was refused my gold card refill here. I ordered an iced coffee, but somehow it never came out despite being one of two customers waiting for drinks. I finally had to go up to the counter to ask for my drink only to find out that it wasn’t made at all. A little bit later I came up to ask for my gold card refill but was given a strange look and was rang up for the 50 or so cents. I showed my gold card but was refused. While polite, the workers here seemed very apathetic towards customer service, much more than the vast majority of locations I’ve been to before where service is generally good.

They were fast at getting my drink out to me BUT it was the wrong drink. They rush themselves and don’t give customer service. Then when you tell them your drink is wrong they give you an attitude and still get it wrong. Waste of time!

I won’t rage review them, but like a lot of the others who have left comments the barista didn’t know how to make my order either. Ok so I have come to realize Starbucks. for all the claim to know coffee. has let me down a few times in the last three visits at as many locations. So I won’t blame this store for being any more unknowledgeable than another store because apparently an espresso macchiato is confusing to make. Now, you could say I must be a coffee snob to get something obscure. It’s just I don’t want a bunch of milk in my coffee like a cappuccino or latte. Well that’s what the baristas think they should do. For the record, a traditional macchiato unlike that dessert called a caramel macchiato or any one of those derivatives is a shot or two of espresso and a dab of milk foam. What I ended up was basically a latte. As much as I was thanking him for making it, it was not whet I ordered. He said it’s just like a caramel macchiato without the caramel crap and whipped cream. I casually said even Starbucks own website explains what it is pretty well with a picture! He seemed bristled at my explanation so I stood around the bar to make sure he didn’t do anything weird to my order. Yeah, I felt that way. As far as the place is concerned it looks dirty and unkempt. Maybe a sign of a lot of business or lack of worker effort.

I’ve never had a bad experience at a single Starbucks, nor felt compelled to write a review on one since they’re so well known. However, this location is terrible and I will never return. I asked for an grande iced soy vanilla latte with an extra shot of vanilla. I realize that’s long, but the person taking my order repeated it back to me multiple times incorrectly and couldn’t seem to grasp what I was saying. She was unprofessional and rude when asking me to repeat it. I also somehow managed to get charged over $ 5 for a grande when it normally costs less for the same order when I get a venti. I asked for a copy of my receipt and the barista acted like it was a huge inconvenience to get me one. She asked the manager to get her a receipt for a skinny vanilla latte, so I’m not even sure if the one I actually got was mine. There was barely any ice in my coffee and the taste was very bitter and flat. It definitely doesn’t taste like regular Starbucks brewed coffee. This place is terrible! If you work around this area, get your coffee closer to home on the way to the office and avoid a terrible experience.

I had 15 minutes left to get back to work from my lunch break so I decided to go through the drive-thru and get something real quick. Big mistake as this was probably the world’s slowest drive-thru in the world. I pull up to where you say your order but wasn’t acknowledge for a couple of minutes. Then add a couple of more minutes for a simple coffee order to be handed to me. It didn’t look like they were busy inside either since I didn’t see a line. I was a couple of minutes late going back to work. Never again at this location unless I want to wait 20 minutes at the drive through window.

Wow! I’m ordering my drink and they messed up on my order. Is it so hard to get triple shot of expresso over ice with 2 pumps of white mocha? They gave me ice coffee with 2 pumps of white mocha. I told them that this isn’t my drink. Tsk tsk. Since I’m a gold card member, I got a coupon for buy get one free breakfast sandwich. So I told the cashier that I have the coupon and she was so frazzled that she forgot. So I mentioned to her about it again and then manager came and said that I should have mentioned it to the cashier. Seriously. So yeah… they messed up my order on my coffee and my breakfast sandwich. The cashier was complaining on how she has been at work since 4:30 am. Uh, that is what time I go to work Monday to Friday.

I have found the employees here to be unpleasant and/or rude. I see I’m not the only one, which is comforting in some way. They just plain Do Not Care, and I guess for the area it’s not too surprising. However, I will just do my best to avoid this SBux location. No one needs a little morning pick-me-up with a side of Attitude :)
