Friday September 25, 2015 around 7:40 pm I was Robbed, was sitting in the patio full of people. 3 Black males approached behind me and grabbed my iPhone 6 plus and took off. Police was called Later finding out that it’s been happening a lot because they know everyone there have top of the line technology. Patio don’t have security cameras, after talking to Starbucks corporate office they said that they will look in to installing security cameras. Needless to say BEWARE!!!

One of the best Staffs around! Great characters all around. The drink was done in a Jiffy and my Danish was warm yet and importantly not burnt. The indoor seating area is spacious and clean. Once of the bigger spots I’ve seen and been in. Drive Thru is one of the quickest I’ve sat in.

Good place to study. I like their Comfortable sofas and patio seating arrangement. They also have few big tables where you can work with your laptop. Will be back here for sure

This is my Starbucks along the way to work. It’s a plus that it’s on the right hand side of me, and they have a drive-thru! Usually the older lady takes my order and is super sweet. Every time I have gone there, service has been courteous and quick. One time they couldn’t scan my Starbucks card, so my latte was on the house!

Love the drive thru and covered outdoor seating. It gets pretty full with people studying and service is ok. The baristas seemed to disappear on me for a bit to do something one time but other times it’s been pretty good service.

I love this Starbucks! The staff is friendly and I have never received a bad drink from here. I usually get the Caramel Macchiato and it tastes just the way I like each time. The drive thru moves pretty quickly! That’s always a plus when you’re in a rush! :)

I love this Starbucks especially since it is a drive-thru. Never have had a problem with them getting my order wrong. The line can take some time on Friday mornings but any other day you can get through in five minutes. The lady at the window is sweet as can be and will call you«darling» and tell you to have a great day!

If I could I wouldn’t even give this location a star. Once I came to the drive through and the barista was super rude, got my order wrong, and got irritated with me when I told her politely that there’s been a mistake. On top of that she gives me an attitude as I’m trying to order. What kind of training is provided to the employees here?! I’ve tried coming back just to see if maybe I just had an off day but no, the employees here are just beyond rude. Do yourself a favor and do not come to this one.

What happened? Can I get some coffee with my caramel? I love my ice coffee mochis but dear lord I have an inch of caramel on my coffee! Ugh sour, not strong just sour ugh. —— I had no issue coming here, they took my hubby’s recipe and made it the way he wanted. Took my order too and was prepared fairly quickly, the guy that took our orders was very nice and costumer friendly, smiled and was energetic unlike some of the other workers behind him that look glump which I’m glad I did not have to give my order to one of them. Besides that it was good, yummy. I’ll be coming back

Free hazelnut or caramel macchiato? Sure why not?! My friend and I went to this location yesterday and presented the coupon on the phone to the barista. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get our free macchiato because we were told that an actual coupon must be presented in order to receive it. My other friends got their free macchiato at other locations with no coupon. So why does this location needed one? I surely will not come back to this location. The barista is straight up rude.

It was Sunday and since the library was closed, I had to find another place to study with my boyfriend. We don’t like hitting up bubble tea places because it gets pretty distracting when people who hang out there and get rowdy. This was the perfect study spot for us: it provided indoor and outdoor seating with shade and cushioned chairs along with tables. To top it all off, the place had free wi-fi, awesome drinks and good company.

I live literally right down the street from this Starbucks and I drive thru a number of times a week to get my coffee/tea fix. I have never had a problem there until recently. The manager Nick needs to take a class in customer service etiquette and fast! I have never had an experience like the one I had ever in my life! I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with extra ice in a Trenta cup… he made me an Americano… when I corrected him. he then made me an iced latte w/a drizzle of caramel and tried to me that it was what I ordered! Mind you, I have been ordering the same drink from the same place for nearly a month! When I questioned him about my drink, he then proceeded to ask me which Starbucks location I had been to that put my drink in a Trenta cup because it was not allowed. I told him HIS location! He got quiet and told me that they were not suppose to do that and if I wanted extra caramel I had to ask for it. What in the world! I have to ask for extra everything to have my drink made CORRECTLY! His attitude was very snotty as well. When I got to work, I called the location to make sure I had his name and when I mentioned« Unilocal review», he wanted to «resolve» my issue! Too late! He should have resolved it at the time in was at the drive thru window! And yes, i sent a very nice letter to Headquarters! Take the extra 3 minutes and go to the Starbucks on Briar Forrest! It will be worth it!

This place is relatively quiet so it’s not a bad place to study/get hwk done– if you can find yourself a seat, that is. And I think this Starbucks closes at 10pm, kind of earlier than the other Starbucks that I’m used to. I was kind of disappointed in this particular location because I came here one morning on an empty stomach, looking to order one of their bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches only to find that this location doesn’t sell them. Totally did not know certain Starbucks locations don’t sell certain things until now. –____– The cashiers here are still pretty nice though. They greet you, happily take your order, and get it done quickly and correctly so I appreciate that. I like how this Starbucks has a little sheltered outdoor patio(I don’t know if that makes any sense?) so I might come back here to study and enjoy the weather when it gets nicer.
