Great service, great atmosphere. I love to come here and study. Only drawback is it’s super busy during morning hours. Place a mobile order if you want to get in and out.

This spot has improved a lot over the past year and is certainly better than other locations in the area now even though it lacks space. Glad to see the change.

Always messing up food orders. you can’t just substitute a random food order for a customer bc you’re in a hurry.

Very efficient, friendly, and clean. I’ve never been disappointed at this location. Only downside is there is no drive-​through, but I’m willing to park and walk in for people to get my orders correct. It’s not the closest Starbucks to me, but it’s the best in this area.

If going here in the afternoon be prepared for all of the school age walkers to be at this location. No drive thru. Tight parking. (Of course where else wouldn’t in Houston) My last visit consisted of a creepy man, standing in the way of the line, chatting with the young girl working as she made my drink. She asked him if he «Caught any bad guys today?» Which he replied «Everyday.» I felt as if I walked up to a bad Lifetime movie being filmed. Then he proceeded to ask what type of syrup she was putting in my cup to which she replied «Sugarfree Vanilla» and he looks at her funny as if he has never heard of Sugarfree syrup. She proceeds to say «Yes, it’s awful for you, worst then using real sugar.» As if I wasn’t standing there waiting for it. She then puts a lid on it and slides it to me never saying a word all while making eye contact and continuing her convo with the «Creepy detective character». I won’t be returning to this location unless I get paid as an Extra for my walk on roll. Geez…

Just an chain coffee. White chocolate mocha issue my favorite. Nice folks at the counter

This location is just way too crowded and way too slow. 20 minutes to grab a coffee in the morning is just unacceptable. Employees are so very nice, but have no pep. Last visit resulted in lukewarm coffee and a cold oatmeal. I just can’t.

Not the overly friendly Usual Starbucks employees.

This is our go-​to location after church, its busy as its a prime location. Just like any starbucks I guess, maybe need to step up their game with customer service but they’re fast so whatever

This was the first time that I’ve been to this location… if you blink, you’ll miss it! I ordered an iced green tea and the barista was super friendly… I feel a little bad because I was being an «after-​work» crabapple and I didnt give her back the same energy. I would definitely stop again…

Good and fast service. No complaints. This location does not have a drive thru. Staff is friendly and the drinks are good :)

I wish they had a clover machine, which would make my review higher probably. It is a perfectly good Starbucks, people are friendly and service is good. Parking is fine, but it can be an awkward entrance to get into depending on which way you are coming.

I’ve stopped in at the Starbucks several times and have always enjoyed the experience. The service is good and quick and the products are always up to Starbucks quality. My only complaint is that there is no drive-​thru. Sometimes it is inconvenient for me to have to get out of the car.
BOTTOM LINE: No drive-​thru, great everything else.

This could the slowest, most inefficient Starbucks ever… I am not sure what they are doing differently than all the other Starbucks.

Fewer DIVAS here and flamboyancy compared to the Montrose location.
Great selection of seating and nice staff.

Holy moses, can we turn the AC on?

Pretty crazy to think there is literally a starbucks around the corner from me yet I drive a few more miles to this location instead. Why might you ask? Because the location on Main is always so PACKED. I mean it causes traffic jams, because the cars wrap into the street. There are like 2 parking spots? so everyone just uses the drive through.
Well this location on the other hand actually has a WHOLE parking lot, so you can find a spot, come inside and sit and get some work done.

This Starbucks is a great alternative to the drive thru on Buffalo Speedway which takes 20 minutes or more to go through in the mornings. Sure you have to hop out of your car, but the Baristas here are quick and you are never in line for long. This isn’t my favorite coffee shop — the inside is small and the seating is sparse — but it’s a good location and the service is fast.

Not the biggest Starbucks out there, but it is on my way to work. Their coffee and service is the typical Starbucks.
Not sure what else i can say about a coffee house that is on every corner (almost).

Best Starbucks in Houston – all because of one barista. I don’t know his name but he’s the tattooed African-​American guy. He makes the best lattes, always remembers what you order, does it fast, and is super friendly. The place is recently remodeled and usually clean. All the rest of the baristas are pretty bitchy and unfriendly to be honest. If you can find a seat it’s a good place to study/​hang out.
What I really hate is the staff smoking right outside the door. Couldn’t you guys go around back? It’s starting to get nice outside and I’d like to have my tea outside without coughing every two seconds.
