All the baristas are very sweet. I’ve always had a good experience. Love my neighborhood Starbucks!

Employees are so rude, slow. They are only«fake» friendly when taking order, if you ask them question or check status of order you have been waiting 45 minutes for they are rude. Saw employee spill milk on customer, and then after wiped milk off counter only then did she offer wet towel to customer to wipe her shirt(customer went to bathroom came back with paper towels), I promised I would never go back if it wasn’t for teenagers in the house that have bought into the marketing

HORRIBLE customer service! Not only was I almost hit while in line(a few cars decided to start a line in the middle of the nearby parking lot for chase banks/other shopping centers and sped up to circumnavigate all cars parked in the actual line), but when I relayed the lack of signage to the manger, Rick(I believe that’s what his name was) he was extremely rude and unconcerned! He basically told me there wasn’t anything he could do and just said I should call the cops. He even said point blank that it wasn’t Starbucks’ problem. My compliant, of course was that there was lack of signage which would have prevented the potential accident in the first place! As he mentioned, there is a small sign and painting on the ground, but my issue that this is clearly not enough. His lack of concern for an obvious security issue is unacceptable. Aside from this the service here typically is very subpar. I go to quite a few locations(Gold member) and this is one of the poorest. Lack of upkeep in store, lack of customer service, and once or twice I’ve even received spoiled milk. Every once in a while though, I get a stellar barista and that, and the proximity to my house, keeps me going back. However, after this current experience I am not sure. Talking with corporate as well.

Workers in this location all needs to be fired. Will follow up with Starbucks corporate with how they treat every customer that they taken orders for.

I just called Starbucks on Wallisville at 9:51am on Christmas morning to make an order for my family to pick up on our way out of town. The person who answered the phone passed my call to someone else. The person who took my call said she couldn’t take my order unless it was a large order and that I would have to make the order online or in person. I explained the app does not have the options of coffee my family likes. Her tone was very rude. This surprised me because every single person I have ever encountered at any Starbucks across the country has been very polite. I especially didn’t expect that level of disrespect on Christmas morning. I decided to go to a different Starbucks and will never go there again.

Terrible experience. I ordered a DECAF tall java chip frapuccino with extra java chips and a tall caramel frapuccino. It was Saturday evening, and I believe they had just received their stock truck… they were stopping the drive-thru traffic to let these people bring in two dolly’s full of their things inside of the storage room. This location is just terrible. My mother and I waited about an hour to get a drink… YES, ONEHOUR! I was beyond frustrated. When we finally arrived to the window, all they said was«sorry for the wait» and offered zero compensation. To make matters worse, they did not add extra java chips, in fact in BARELY had any java chips and just one line of chocolate drizzle on the whip. I was already pushing it since I am expecting and cannot have any caffeine, so for them to mess up my order, plus having to wait as long as we did, this was a horrible experience. Maybe they ran out of chips and chocolate, thats why they needed their truck so urgently. Either way, unacceptable.

Worst Starbucks ever! I waited in line behind counter for someone to take my order… no one ever came! Employees were standing around doing trivial work instead of taking orders. I walked over to register and gave my order to the only person that was working… extremely disappointed

I ordered ahead on my mobile app which is supposed to cut down on the wait time. Unfortunately, this location doesn’t give a crap if it’s a «order ahead» order since they don’t even start on it until after you get there!!! The point is to have it ready by time you get there!!! There was about 10 – 12 minutes between the time I ordered and the time I got here. Literally has been 15 min of me standing here waiting on my order to be fulfilled. So they took 25 – 27 min to make a drink! Absolutely ridiculous!

This has to be the absolute SLOWEST and unprofessional Starbucks I’ve ever been to and believe me I’ve been to a LOT. I come here frequently as I live fairly close and it’s the nearest one to me so it’s a matter of convenience. I’m to the point now where I’m willing to drive to the Galleria just for sake of service and my fix. I don’t know what goes down in here! Maybe they only hire high school students who just care about getting a check and not actually handing over a drink within a reasonable amount of time…(like within the hour even) or maybe everyone is buzzed off the caffeine they’re serving but something has to give! When a lady needs her coffee, a lady NEEDSHERCOFFEE!!! *pulls hair out in exasperation* They don’t go in the order of which an order is placed so I stand there dying of a headache because I need my coffee while everybody and their mama comes in after me and leaves before I do. I’m SO annoyed! If you don’t mind possibly waiting until the second coming of Christ to get your beverage, by all means, come here. If you have a life and other things to do, don’t bother. You won’t make it out before your next birthday. Pack a lunch! I gave them 2 stars only because it’s Starbucks and who doesn’t LOVE Starbucks?! Clearly I do. Good luck.

Ehh, not my favorite/best location. It’s close to home and does the trick. However, the service is reaaaallllyy slow So, if you’re pressed for time, don’t go there. A simple Berry Refresher had me waiting around for almost 20 minutes until I gave up, asked for a refund, and left.

By far the worst location. The customer service is poor and slow. And like someone mentioned in another review, they refuse to make certain drinks towards the end of the night. It’s the only Starbucks on this side of town so I grit my teeth and deal but they definitely need new management or training.

Customer service is ok, some days it’s great, today not so much. Well today I decided to walk in and sit and wait for my order… bad idea! This place is disgusting! And I’m not exaggerating! Honestly looks like it hasn’t been wiped down, swept, mopped, vacuumed in months! Trash cans are over flowing and condiment bar was sticky with trash all over it!

Horrible service, slow as all get up, very dirty and unprofessional took me 10 minutes to get a drink and I was the only one inside they were focusing on the drive thru. Employees were socializing while one barista was making drinks for drive thru, I had to ask the manager who was one of the employees socializing to get my drink made.

Super slow, they need more baristas on weekends. There was a line of 9 cars waiting at the drive thru, we waited 15 minutes and inside was just as bad. Please get it together.

There have been several occasions where I have visited this Starbucks in the morning, and each time just keeps getting worse. The past 2 visits alone I have waited literally 30 mins in the drive through line just to get a cup of coffee! I don’t know if they are training their new employees during the morning rush, but knowing that the morning is the busiest time of the day, you’d think they would prepare better for this and have more than just a «sorry for the wait» for you when you finally get to the window. Come on guys… 30 mins??? This ain’t right.

I am a fan of Starbucks Coffee, not only for the quality of the coffee they serve but also because the customer service you should expect in any of their stores. However, the location at Wallisville Rd., fail to low in customer service. The employee who took my order didn’t know how to process a reward(yes, a Starbucks Reward), she didn’t ask any of the other employees how to do it. I just had to cancel my order and have only a coffee(long shot americano) that took more than seven minutes to be served(even when the store was full I was counting all the other customers and I had to ask for my beverage, then the barista just mentioned and took his time to serve me).

Same ol same ol, but slow. I went in to order my coffee, and there wasn’t anyone in line, but there were people sitting down at tables waiting. My drink took about 10 minutes to make. That’s pretty long. I even went up to ask about 5 mins in, of I had missed it. I guess the suburban locales are a little more laid back… It was a Sunday. Overall the dining area is clean with ample seating. Lots of patio seating in front as well. This location is shared with a chase bank, so it’s kinda easy to miss… In the corner and blends in with the building.
