Starbucks

I am here to announce this is my new week day Starbucks! I used to love stopping at the location that’s on Westheimer, close to Hwy 6, but staff and management changed to some quiet, boring individuals. When I entered this Westchase location, I immediately noticed a worker from the «other» location and I felt at home. I’ve been spoiled by the bright personalities greeting me at 7am in the morning. I’ve also received guidance from another employee while trying to maintain my whole30 diet… the coconut latte has become my friend.

One of the best starbucks store but I got my order wrong sometimes cause the staff didn’t pay much attention to the order (but just sometimes) :(And it would be much better if they have drive-​thru. Everything else is good.

I am an avid Starbucks drinker and needed a fix after last nights festivities with my buddies.
This place was clean, the staff were friendly and quick! The wait wasn’t long and the coffee was on point!

This location is extremely crowded, however it’s jiving and vibrant. Workers are attentive and make your orders efficiently

This is the starbucks I call, «MY,» starbucks. The staff is always so polite, quick, and consistent with every drink. I love my peppermint mochas in the winter, my fraps in the fall, my fruit tea lemonades in the spring/​summer and this is the only starbucks that has never dissapointed me! They never «run out» of ingredients whenever I come and I never wait more than 3 – 4 minutes for my drink. Love this location!

I held off on writing this review for a number of reasons. For starters, you’re either rolling with Starbucks or you’re not. And for those of us that enjoy it as our premier brand, we love it enough to where not too many things could turn us away. Second, I’m always going to tell my barista exactly how I want my drink made. Hence, I typically have great experiences. Since I no longer frequent the Pearland area, this location is my primary and favorite.
I’m not here to debate whether or not Starbucks has better-​tasting coffee than Coffee Bean, Dunkin’ Donuts or your favorite local coffee bar. It’s simply a great BRAND! (Don’t debate me on this, as I have an advanced degree in brand strategy and development). We all know Starbucks didn’t invent coffee, but what the brand HAS perfected is that ‘third place’ environment –that is neither home nor work/​school — where you can feel comfortable because after a few repetitive visits, your barista will learn your name (and your drink) and will often have it conveniently waiting for you at the counter prior to the launch of the mobile order and pay app. And if that’s not the case, then let me introduce you to Scott, MY barista. He’s all kinds of awesome! Always cheerful and ready with a warm greeting followed by ‘alright, sweetie, I’ll see you next time!’ Not only is my drink right every single time, but I’m usually in and out without any hassle.
This location has become very popular during the week (7:30 — 8:00 a.m.), so if you haven’t started doing so, I’d recommend using the mobile app to order and pay. You can still customize your drink down to the amount of ice and number of espresso shots you want added or subtracted. It’s not the largest location, but most of the patrons are just passing through. There’s no drive thru, either, but it shares the parking lot with HEB, Jamba Juice, Chipotle, Which Wich, etc. so there’s plenty of places.
So yeah, here it is: another five-​star rating! And much like my faith, I can’t be shaken; ain’t no getting me to convert! ;-*

I LOVE this location of Starbucks. On my way to work I pass probably 5 – 7 Starbucks’. But I have only been to three of them and this one by FAR has the most fantastic service.
I tend to lean toward going to the Starbucks WITHOUT a drive thru. I think that these are the best because people are less likely to go to them in the morning as to not sidetrack their commute too much.
This place is quick, clean, considerate, and crafty (with their drinks). My order is always right and handed to me with a smile. I appreciate a nice barista that makes my morning that much brighter.

This Starbucks is a hit or miss, really. Sometimes I get great service with a great drink, and other times I find the service is offensive and the drink equally as unplesant. But the location is easy since I frequent the H-​E-​B in the same plaza, so I usually end up gambling with fate for convenience.

This location is always busy, but the baristas are always friendly when I visit: D Chai Tea Latte and an Orange Mango smoothie for today’s choice.

Come here every morning before my commute to work right after they first open. although i come 5 days a week, employees are never friendly except a few whom actually converse with you, Yes you have to work early, but suck it up !!

Probably the one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and there’s not many of those lol… the last three times I’ve visited here, I seem to get a bad experience. Employees were not friendly, customer service was not up to par with Starbucks standards, and after every visit I seem to regret it. And I contemplate on taking the extra few mins to drive down westheimer to another Starbucks in the future. But I never do. Lol

This starbucks is always busy but the baristas are friendly and efficient. I always come here for my espresso fix!

I personally am not a huge Starbucks drinker, but that’s mianly because Im Canadian and am used to my Timmies!
However, I have come to this location several times and must say that the coffee is usually very freshly brewed.
The service can be a little quicker, I have noticed we have had to wait about 5 min when there’s only a couple of people infront of us with 3 people behind the counter.
They have some outside seating in addition to the inside.
Note: the Outside seating overlooks the HEB parking lot, so there is alot going on.

This location is very busy in the mornings, if you order something to eat that has to be warmed up or toasted, keep an eye on whoever is working the oven. Since they’re so busy, it’s easy for them to forget that you are there waiting for something.
The beverages are usually as good as you can get at a Starbucks. In the AM, they have the experienced and efficient baristas making the drinks as quickly as possible.

I have only been to this location a few times. They have an efficient, friendly customer oriented staff. My orders have been correct and have always been offered other items to compliment my drink of choice. It is a little out of my way, but since the Wilcrest location Starbucks and the Randall’s closed I have to go somewhere.

The barista was friendlier than other Starbucks locations I’ve been to. The service was fast and he even offered to heat up my cookie (which was never offered to me before).
I would say that they put too much ice in my ice coffee, so be sure to say «light ice» when you order.

I was in the mood for a tall chai tea latte and a breakfast sandwich. I try to avoid this Starbucks because it is always so busy and it does not have a drive-​thru. I was oddly surprised how fast the line was moving for a busy Sunday morning. The workers on that shift were all in positive spirits. When they are positive it creates such a warm atmosphere. I didn’t mind standing in line at all. I left out a happy camper. The parking lot is pretty big on the property that the Starbucks is located on so parking won’t be an issue but the lines inside the place can get pretty long especially since there is not a drive thru.

When I come here, they always offer me to try something new and I always end up liking it. Today I came in asking for a caramel machiato with raspberry flavoring, earlier today and they made it just how I wanted it! And it was delish! I went to another Starbucks earlier and they made me the wrong thing and was rude about it! So I come here and they redeemed my bad coffee day. They’re always friendly and definitely know what their doing. Now my go-​to Starbucks.

This Starbucks has a special place in my heart — it’s where my husband and I first met. I admit, I’m giving it an extra star just for that. Otherwise, it’s a typical Starbucks.
