Southwest Asthma & Allergy

I was referred to this facility by my general doctor because my allergies were getting increasingly worse. I scheduled an appointment with them and I get a call two days before the appointment date by the receptionist stating we needed to reschedule the appointment because the doctor was not going to be there. She told me the next available appointment was going to be about a month later so I asked her if there was any way they could see me earlier because they were the ones rescheduling. She did not try to sympathize with me at all, she just stated again that the doctor was not going to be there. This would have been my first time going there so I did not feel valued as a new patient. Definitely not the doctor for me.

Typical doctors office. Sick people long wait times. I like the front desk but my allergist dissapointed in. I had another doctor do aDNA test that will tell any doctor the best meds for me. It takes the guessing out. Well I showed him my results and he did not even look at them. I was very dissapointed in that. My allergy shots starting making me sick after a year of being on them now I am scared to go back plus dr bloebaum just really turned me off when he dismissed my DNA results.
