Whenever I’m on this side of town and need my nails done NW Nails is the only place I’ll go to. This nail salon is clean, has a friendly staff, and has a relaxing ambiance. I’m never disappointed in the quality of my nails and the staff is great. My go to is Linda, but everyone here does a superb job. They make sure to take their time and pamper you so don’t come in a rush. The owner is always around doing quality management, asking customers if they would like refreshments, and overall making this place like a tightly run ship. Love this place!

I can’t believe I am admitting, this but I just had my 2nd pedi in 20 years here. I had a horrible experience the first time I did one at another establishment and was scared to ever do it again. I have to say I was delighted with my experience this time. My feet look, and feel great. I have VERY sensitive feet and flinched only once. I have cared for my own feet for years but I think I can now safely cross that chore off my list. Great massaging chairs. Great hot stone treatment. Attention to detail and requests. Wine, nuff said. I’ll be back.

I received a gift certificate here so went to check it out. It was towards closing time but they didn’t rush at all. My solar nails turned out good and I really enjoyed my pedicure. Pricing was very reasonable. I would go back again for sure.

Went in on 12÷23÷14 for gel nails and manicure. Very disappointed in the quality of services. The nail tech left uneven nail polish and did a poor job with the cuticles, When I pointed out the nails with issues she looked annoyed and reluctantly «attempted to fix them.» Needless to say will not be back my nails did not look professionally done and did not feel they appreciated my business.

I was pleased with my pedicure. They tried for several minutes to upgrade my basic pedi. After a couple of firm «no“s we were able to move on. I was the first customer of the morning. The place appeared clean. They didn’t cut me. The polish looked great. I’m happy.

I’ve never visited a cleaner or friendlier salon! Complimentary drinks are a plus and it’s nice to RELAX without hearing background conversation in another language. The ladies are always so kind, friendly, and helpful to all of your needs and requests. I will never use another nail salon again.

Today after 40 $ I still have to go home and clean up the mess. When I asked to have the cuticles pushed up I was told, «no».
Then I asked to have nails buffed I left with cuticles I have to cut, nails that need to be filed and rounded and not a bit of shine. As my pedi was bring done I had to sit and clean my own nails with a key. I thought a person was to feel relaxed during the process?

I’ve been there about 4 – 5 times now and until today the quality seemed great. Today however was a different story. The manicurist cut into my cuticles in several places while removing shellac. Also, I didn’t get the hot towel treatment with my pedicure. During the hour or so I was there, I saw several people come and go from the pedicure chairs and the tubs were never cleaned! Probably won’t be back. If you go, make sure they clean while you watch!

So I just finished with my shellac mani and pedi. I usually just get pedi here and had gotten a shellac mani once. The last time with the shellac wad very rushed and as well as this time also. Anna did my shellac mani this time, the polish was on all of my cuticles and didnt use a brush to clean up the sides other than with her fingernail. When it was time to put on the top coat, it was also on my cuticles and finger because my finger is shinny. Cindy did my pedi, I like she took her time, and cleaned around cuticles with a brush, massage was also good with Cindy. I think after this time, I would only come for pedis.

I go to this salon once a month and I get the jelly pedicure (which I’ve never seen anywhere else) and a shellac manicure. The type of service you get really depends on the person you get. My biggest complaint is that sometimes they rush and when you’re paying 45 buckaroos for a pedicure I want to relax and I want my feet baby soft. But on the plus side they offer complimentary beverages such as mimosas :-).
