Sonic Drive-In

They need to hire some carhops. Because it should not take 15 minutes for 1 drink. This has happened twice before.

Running by to grab a drink. This is a nice, big facility and the servers were fast and courteous. Best of all, the drink was made just the way I like, with just enough vanilla in it. We’ll pop by again, when we are in the area.

Came here to get my free slush on Tuesday. Super fast service compared to the other Sonics I’ve gone through and it’s near work! :)

had some trouble at this sonic. took forever to deliver our food. and then the delivery person noticed that they had put lettuce on the hotdog i’d ordered. well. i dont like lettuce. so he took it back inside and fixed it…
unfortunatly his way of fixing it appeared to be to scrape the lettuce off the bun. not replace any of the condiments. and put it back in the bag and give it back to me. I swear it looked like he just scraped it off with his fingers…
to their credit, when i called management about it they sounded truly horrified and were very quick to offer me a replacement meal that could be picked up at my convenience… and a few weeks later when i was waiting for a paycheck and hungry. i built up the courage to go back. they were polite. and the food was good and fresh. so i’m willing to believe this was a fluke and has been addressed… but I can still go to a different sonic and get quicker delivery and not feel like i’m going to have to inspect every detail of the food before i try to eat it.

This particula Sonic would get a better rating if they didn’t take so long to deliver even simple orders. There’s another Sonic 2 miles away and I could order a burger at the Clay location, then drive to the one on Westview, order something, get it, and then return to the one on Clay and my order would still not be already.
Burgers are standard, as well as the hotdogs. And at least their fries and tots are usually fresh.
The only menu items they get quickly are the beverages and shakes.
If they would hurry up a bit more, I would give them another star.
