Hands down the worst jack in the box in houston! Do not go here unless you want cold food, rude customer service and the wrong order. I have gone here multiple times and gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the lunch hour rush. But it’s gotten to be ridiculous when it happens every time!

Need I say more? I understand fast food isn’t the best but come on, they could do better! My meal was swimming in grease so much so it leaked all over the bag. Luckily it didn’t get on my car seat or we would have serious issues. grrr

Yes, it’s just a typical Jack, but I’ve been coming to this location for a long time, and it is one of the cleanest and most efficient Jacks I’ve ever been to. They rarely get the order wrong and the crew is usually very polite and quick.
Just avoid going there between 11 AM and 1 PM, all the crews from nearby warehouses usually pack the place and it’s near-​impossible to get anything in less than 20 minutes.
I would give it more stars, but it is a fast-​food joint, so all I can give them is 3.
