This place sucks, never returning here they claimed they were having a system update and that they couldn’t serve food yet the people right next to us got their food and got there 5 mins after us waiting to get our order taking! Don’t come here past 8 pm because they totally suck at taking orders at night.

I got here at 5:55pm, it took almost 10 minutes for them to come to the speaker to take my order… its 6:23 now and no food. This is ridiculous. I’ve been here before and got shitty service.
The guy who brought me my food said the slushi machine has been messing up and they’ve been really busy. Funny thing is I didn’t order a slushy. Smmfh.

Ordered a Oreo shake & tasted horrible! I guess the guy didnt rinse out the cup in between making different shakes tasted like a blend of multiple flavors!!! SAd that ppl don’t care about how others spend there money was def a waste of my $$

Well, I’ve been to this Sonic a few times and luckily haven’t had Gina’s experience. It is odd and should be brought to the attention of management. And although I haven’t needed the facilities at this location, many of the rest rooms at Sonic are located inside the store. So, it would even be more important to make them aware of this kind of behavior.
This location is usually pretty busy and this was no exception. This visit was only for the drive through and everything was as ordered, but it was pretty slow.
