How do you mess up nachos? Cold food and scraped the bottom of nacho cheese. beans were dried out. $ 15. For nachos and a kids meal? Very disgusting. Customer service was rude. tried to return order, and they ignored me. I was not loud nor rude… I will never eat DQ again!!!

Aren’t they suppose to turn the blizzard upside down or it’s free? They definitely didn’t do that here. The ice cream was melted and the turtle pecan cluster blizzard was just vanilla ice cream with pecan pieces on the top. I love blizzards but this was disappointing. Save your money and skip this place.

Employees are rude rude rude. Probably the worst blended blizzard I’ve ever had. If you pay that much for a dessert, the toppings should at least be blended all the way through. Horrible.

My colleagues and I have gone through the drive-​through and have dined in at this DQ location. The staff is nice and our orders have always been right. They make great Blizzards and, really, what else is there if they don’t make awesome Blizzards?!

Stopped by here for a Blizzard after a day at the swim meet and it was delicious as usual. I haven’t eaten their other food and we did just drive through, but my daughter and I left happy with our icy delight!

No stars… But I was forced to give 1.
We’ve eaten here twice in the span of 3 years… It was horrible both times.
The service is horrible. And the burgers tasted like they were either reheated or sitting out for a while… And we got sick both times… Never going back to this location!
Which is a shame cuz I tried the Jalitos Ranch Burger a few years ago down by Hobby and it was really good. Twice since the Hobby DQ I’ve craved the Jalitos and it’s been disappointing at this location.
