They amaze me every single time with their fast delivery good pizza and I will keep ordering from here I made the mistake of ordering somewhere else the last time I order pizza because of reviews that people put of other places being good and it was really bad. Came back to this place never changing.

I only give this the 4 stars because of my experience (which was superb in the end) not because of the food. The food was delicious.
Assuming the driver was new, new to the area and GPS, he was unable to locate my apartment. Over multiple phone calls and extended time waiting and no delivery, I decided to cancel my order. I contacted the store and advised I wanted it cancelled. After explaining the experience, he insisted I have the food and the fee waived. The food was redelivered with no problems and no charge. I then received 2 calls of apology, one being the owner. It was my first experience and won’t be my last! The food was well worth the wait and customer service awesome.

The lunch sized pizza was pretty good. Not bad, not disappointing. You can’t go wrong with pizza when you’re deciding what to eat. It has all the nutrients in the food pyramid lol.
This was a quiet place for lunch when I came in for lunch with my coworkers. The prices average around $ 8-​$ 20 for food items. They vary by the size you choose to get.
Overall, not bad in food content and the menu does have a lot for you to choose from. It is a small mom and pop shop. There wasn’t much of a drink selection so I wouldn’t expect too much and dine in again. I would consider you to order take out if you don’t have time on your hands. Because the place is small, don’t expect to leave without smelling a bit like cheese. You will know that pizza stench I speak of if you have ever ordered pizza and waited inside. It will follow you.

This place is pretty awesome! Ordered an app sampler which included hot wings which were cooked well and tasty. The fettuccini Alfredo with chicken was AWSOME and so was the calzone that my boyfriend ordered. Really fast delivery and the food was so hot that I couldn’t even pull the chicken Alfredo bowl from the bag. Will order again!

Timing was great. Got here in about 30 min. Was really surprised at how much food we got for such a low price. I really don’t have anything negative to say about it. Wasn’t the best but it wasn’t bad either. In fact it was pretty decent. Lotta garlic on their calzones and extra extra cheese came on the cheese pizza. I hadn’t checked out the reviews before I ordered but after I had already paid I wandered over and was expecting the worst because of the reviews. I definitely disagree with the bad reviews. Their food was great for the cost. If I’m ever in this area, I would eat here again.

Things are changed here to a better quality and service. I understand this place had some problems on the past, but the pizzas are really made from scratch and baked in old fashion stone ovens. Great pizzas, pastas., and wings.

Good pizza. Delivery was on time (45 minutes). Order was right. Clean delivery. The restaurant charges $ 1 for delivery, so be sure to tip the driver separately.

As a follower of pizzatarianism, I found Sicily to be pretty good. The pizza was not perfect, but it was certainly delicious and filling. Their pasta is great. The only drawback would have to be pricing. I would eat there on a more frequent basis if they would lower it a tad.
The concerns noted in previous reviews reflect a disconnect on what to expect from a pizza AND pasta delivery chain. Just because it offers a wide selection of pasta does not mean it merits a sit down atmosphere. Imagine operating against the big three chains along with some other local joints while maintaining a sit down atmosphere– talk about overhead. I don’t blame them for their focus.

Food was delivered on time and everybody in my group of 40 were happy. One of the Coordinators felt we had only received one of the two orders of the 50 wings we requested, however we were good with amount of food we ordered and everynody liked it so all was well.

I decided to order from here after my co-​worker said the Chicken Alfredo she got was delicious. After settling on Chicken Parmesan that I had a craving for, I noticed that on the menu it was listed as Chicken Parmesan Pasta. I called the store and spoke with a male that answered the phone. I asked him if the Chicken Parmesan that was listed on the menu was traditional Chicken Parmesan (my exact words, assuming that someone running an Italian restaurant would know how it is traditionally prepared). The person on the phone said that it was. From the time that we, (a co-​worker and I) ordered, it took them 1 hr and 10 minutes to deliver the order. I had to call and ask how much longer it was going to be. Then when I got my order, it was a grilled chicken breast covered in cheese, onions and mushrooms with Spaghetti Pasta over it. It was NOT breaded, or prepared in a traditional manner. I called back to the store and brought up the fact that I had called and asked them if it was a traditional recipe and they assured me that it was, only to have it delivered to me and it not be. The person on the phone, the same person that I had spoke with earlier, told me that no they don’t bread their Chicken Parmesan. He acted as if he couldn’t really care that I was unhappy with the dish. The food was hot, but order an hour before you want your food, and read the menu carefully to make sure the dish is prepared the way that you are used to.

There are so many good places for pizza in Houston. This is not one of them
You can get a better pizza almost any place in the city.
Also they advertise brick oven. This was most definitely not a brick oven pizza
The worst pizza I have had in a long time

Ok, so maybe i’m a bit spoiled growing up in the North East where they’ve got pizza down to a science, but this place is doing it all wrong.
I have several mouths to feed, and Sicily was offering a buy 1 get 1 pizza deal in Retail me not, so I figured i’d take advantage and give it a shot.
I ordered 2 large «crispy thin» gourmet pizzas, one bbq chicken and 1 custom white pizza with chicken, garlic, basil, and bacon, regularly priced at $ 17.99 each. How bad could it be right? Wrong…
The crust I feel is one of the most important features of a good pie. The 2 pizzas were very heavy in weight, and The crust wasnt exactly thin (~1 inch thick), and was also very very dry; which is I guess is their justification for saying its «crispy», but id say it was more a dry, very dense, overly flourey dough crust.
The bbq chicken pizza was very soggy and was lacking in bbq sauce, but had an excess of large thick cut onions. The bbq sauce itself had a nice flavor, but since they used it so sparingly and overwhelmed the pizza with onions, we couldnt even enjoy it. Alternatively, the white pizza was extremely dry altogether. The white sauce was barely tasteable and it just tasted like a sauceless dry blan pizza.
Normally I don’t complain, but we ended up throwing the majority of the pizza away and going somewhere else to eat. If you’re going to pay a gourmet price for a pie, go to Barrys or Capones, they do it right. Even dominos is better than the stuff they’re serving at Sicily, just being honest.

AMAZING FOOD & FREE DELIVERY!!! They are still by far the best place to order from. Anything I have ever gotten from here has been 110% great! They have the best GREEK salad & the dressing for it I wish I could buy in a bottle. Today I ordered the ITALIAN SUB! Very, very good! Their service & delivery is great. I’m not sure why anyone would order from a place that charges for delivery. They make everything here homemade!

I thought this was a sit down type of restaurant, I was wrong. It was sort of run down. The floor was sticky. We were going to dine in but when I asked if they had fountain drinks he pointed to the coca-​cola fridge and said his truck hasn’t come today. (See pic) It had 1 can of Dr. Pepper and 1 can of Mountain Dew. So we ordered to go. The food wasn’t that bad. My husband said the pizza was good. But I could have made better spaghetti at home. The «garlic bread» only had melted butter on plain bread that was just stuck in the microwave. No crisp at all. I don’t plan on going out of my way to eat here. We spent $ 17.

This is the last time we will ever attempt to order from here. The service and food has gone way downhill over the last few years. This last time we tried to order, we ordered online, and after an hour without a delivery, we called, and they said they JUST received the order. So we asked what they can do for us, and he offered basically an insult ($ 5 off $ 70 order with a side of attitude). Save yourself the time, hunger, and frustration, and order Pizzahut.

There is one thing in life I am certain about and that is there are only two places on planet earth that actually serve GOOD Italian food. Those two places are Italy (obviously) and NYC… and maaaayyybeeee Chicago.
Yuck, yuck and yuck. Also how do you deliver food to me and not give me utensils? I told you I was staying in a hotel. Thank goodness Room Service brought me some. I should have just ordered from them because I would have enjoyed my meal at least.

Sicily Pizza & Pasta is great and has a variety of pastas, pizzas, and salads to choose from. This location delivers within a 2 mile radius so I usually order delivery all the time. They have the best pizza rolls which you can customize, I usually get pepperoni and cheese or artichoke and feta cheese. YUM! The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. They even offer buffalo wings or shrimp!

Sometimes, I just don’t want to leave the house. Like, at all. Why? I have my desk at home, Wi-​Fi, a fridge full of goodies … wait. Where are my goodies?
That’s when Unilocal’s filtered search for delivery in my area came in handy. Up came Sicily Pizza & Pasta. No reviews that I could make any judgment, but their official website looked appetizing and I saw that I could order via
. Perfect-​o.
There’s a $ 20 minimum order for delivery, and no extra charge. Good thing I had a friend with me. We ordered the small Mediterranean pizza ($ 9.99) which comes with virgin olive oil, gyro meat, tomato, red onion, pepperoncini, feta cheese and mozzarella cheese. I subbed the pepperoncini with jalapenos, which wasn’t a good call. They clearly sprinkled the pickled jalapenos *after* the pizza was popped into the oven, and they also added on banana peppers for some reason. Yuck. Other than those mishaps, it was a decent pizza and filling enough for two people. My guess is that the three-​cheese beef lasagna ($ 7.99) isn’t baked from fresh ingredients; it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but not the worst either. And once again, enough for two peeps … and it comes with garlic bread. An extra $.50 for another slice. And just $ 1 more for the salad.
Here’s where their ratings dropped:
*My order specifically asked (even included «pretty please») for napkins and plasticware. I’m in a new place and nothing was unpacked. They failed me.
*They forgot my salad! Who eats pasta without salad?
*They charge a bit extra for credit card transactions.
I didn’t call to complain (what’s a dollar loss?), and I declined the gentleman’s offer to go back and retrieve it for me. I would have granted them a three in rating, but those were just too many mistakes, especially when my order is made via web and they had it right there on screen to refer to. It’s worth a try, but make sure they get your order correct!!!
