Serenity Floor Care

I purchased a Groupon for Serenity after seeing that they had a few good reviews. I figured, no one has posted anything bad yet so surely they are ok. I don’t know if the Groupon I bought was really a «deal» because I don’t know how much they normally charge. I paid $ 179 for almost 1,000 square feet of carpet. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I think my carpets look great compared to before. Unlike a previous Unilocaler I saw a world of difference. We had several pet stains as well as random black spots here before us.

We contacted Serenity to clean the carpet. During the visit they recommended tile cleaning and sealing. First, you should know there is a big difference between using Serenity and those national chains.
Serenity’s method and equipment were first class. Fast drying and cleaning feeling carpet after the service. They wore protection on their shoes to keep the area clean and paid attention to detail.
What impressed me was the responsiveness. The tile work wasn’t right the first time. Serenity had a great attitude and very quick to response to my questions and request to correct the issue.
To me its most important to know a company is will to stand behind there work and do what it takes to make it right. I am a life-​ling customer. Thanks for the great work!

I’ll be honest, I’ve been an unfaithful carpet cleaning customer. I always try new companies. I always stray, but never again. Serenity came to clean our carpets last Friday, after things started looking a little frat-​house around here, and I can’t get over it. They were so thorough and so professional and their prices are fair.
Leo came in and went room to room with a black light, so he could show me all the stains I didn’t know even existed. (Scary.) Then, he took the time to treat each of the offending spots, before he and his team cleaned everything.
Not only did they do a great job cleaning the carpet, paying extra attention to the high traffic areas, but they took the time to protect our furniture – putting chairs on Styrofoam blocks, tucking bed skirts, so they wouldn’t get hit with the steam vac.
I couldn’t ask for anything more from a carpet cleaning team and am happy to learn that they handle tile, too. As long as I have a messy husband, dog and kid, I’ll be a customer for life.

Leo came and did our kitchen tile and carpets throughout our whole house. It had been years since they’d been professionally cleaned, and they really needed it. The results were pretty dramatic, and the carpet looks new again. Leo was quick, courteous, and did a great job. I’d definitely recommend them!

We were looking for some time to have the grout cleaned in our kitchen and breakfast area. Over the years the tan grout had turned black. It is with great pleasure I can tell you we picked Serenity and we are very pleased. Not only the grout but the tiles haven’t looked this good in years. Leonard and his assistant were very professional and showed us while they were here how dirty our area rugs were. We negotiated a price and they cleaned them too. Highly recommended.
