Sephora inside JCPenney

I came here to get my Halloween makeup done. I’m so happy I did!
The ladies did a fabulous job. I wish I had gotten their names — I had at most three ladies helping with my makeup to finish it in a timely manner. They worked as a great team. Two focused on my eyeshadow/​liner, and the other came in the put lashes on to finish the look.
I only wish I had gotten a full pic of my outfit. They were all so happy to chip in, too, it made it a really fun experience. Thanks ladies! They’re really great at what they do. I would come here again if I lived in Houston.

I walked in around 5:30 yes there was a crowd, so I just looked around waiting for the crowd to leave. With only two people working and about 15 people they had their hands full. But once I noticed that the store was calm no one offered to help me. This one lady did greeted me and walked off very quickly before I could even answer her. Why did she do that? Only so she could ask the other lady if she needed help with anything. I did tell the other worker that they were very rude, and that I didn’t appreciate being ignored. She did apologize and asked if I need help. Ummmm… No! What makes you think that I’m going to spend money in your store after you ignored me?
Very rude workers
They need more workers to accommodate the crowd.
I definitely will not be returning to this store.
I wish I could give this review zero stars because they don’t even deserve the one star rating!
