I’ve never heard of Seasons 52 until we received a coupon from American Express for $ 20 off a $ 50 meal. We decided to shake it up for date night and go to a fancier place than our usual hole in the wall haunts. It’s true what people say, the décor reminds you of a chain restaurant(same owner as Olive Garden) but honestly I’m here for the food! Our waiter was very prompt in getting us our drinks and we ordered right away. We started out with the asparagus prosciutto flat bread. For $ 10, I thought the overall quality of the flat bread wasn’t really worth the money. I would have preferred ordering something more unique as an appetizer next time. I was also disappointed they didn’t have any freshly baked bread that most upper scale restaurants offer you to «whet» the appetite. I decided to get the Sea Bass on black rice since this is what the reviews were raving about. It was fantastic! I loved the Asian marinade on the seabass and the softness of the black rice really brought out the flavor of the fish and a nice contrast! My husband ordered the rainbow trout which came with wild carrots and potatoes. The feel of this dish was completely different from my sea bass. It was more ‘country style’ with hollandaise sauce. Still very good quality for $ 18. The clincher to the whole night was they offered us both free desserts for being our first time there. My husband got the Key Lime pie and I got the raspberry mascarpone with a waffle cookie on top. Both were delicious and just the right size to end the night. A lot of times, I am so stuffed at restaurants I don’t want the 7 layer chocolate cake option. I would opt to have more of these shooter desserts and skip the appetizer all together.

I really like this restaurant because it’s a classy environment, the food is good, but it’s not super expensive. This place over delivers in value in my opinion. I like it for business lunches and also for dinners with my husband and family. I LOVE their seabass! Wow, it’s amazing and served with black rice — yum! Plus the best part is that it’s under 600 calories for the entire meal. I also LOVE that they include the calories on the menu for everything! Super Love that and my waistline does too!

Fantastic food! Awesome wine selection as well. The only thing is service is kind of slow… After ordering drinks and dinner we probably say for 10 – 15 min before our drinks came /plates were cleared. We had the scallops and the trout and they were superb.

I was surprisingly impressed by this restaurant – I never heard anything about this place until I searched for dinner spots in Houston. It wasn’t my first pick but I couldn’t find any openings to The Pass or Tiny Boxwoods. The environment was reminiscent of a steakhouse – imagine dim lights and more of a formal setting. I was glad that I had set up a reservation beforehand as the place was packed(probably explains why it was a challenge finding a parking spot). The flatbread was an excellent appetizer – thin, crispy, and savory. I also enjoyed my shrimp and grits – portion size for the price was reasonable. In addition, the sea bass was a favorite at my table. The dish was excellently paired with shiitake mushrooms, snow peas, and organic black rice. Our server treated us with desserts on the house since it was our first time – they sure know how to get first-timers to become repeat customers.

If you take a look into most of today’s corporations, you’ll find that they will typically own multiple versions of a similar type of storefront or company. So if you love Banana Republic, you may love Gap or Old Navy even though these are the«cheaper» version of BR. So Seasons 52 is owned by Olive Garden you may have heard AND that alone may be a bit of a turnoff, but just think of this as the Banana Republic to Olive Garden’s «Gap» and you will likely enjoy it. I was really impressed by the menu, service, etc. The location is a bit of a pain if you don’t frequent this area. I love seeing the calorie counts since it shows that great food doesn’t have to have a ton of fat and calories.

Stopped in for dinner. Our first time here. Let me start off by saying that although our server seemed knowledgeable, she was absent most f the dinner. Empty plates sat on the table far too long, and drinks went long periods without being refilled. Other servers brought our food out. She was no where to be seen when it came time to pay the bill. For dinner we ordered the pork loin and the shrimp and grits. The pork loin was flavorless. The only thing saving it was the sauce. The side of green beans and peas also suffered from not being seasoned. It seemed like frozen vegetables were microwaved and dumped on the plate. The shrimp and grits were tasty. This was the best meal at the table. The grits were cheesy and plentiful. Six medium shrimp that had a good flavor. A large portion that was very filling. Drinks from the bar were very good and the prices were reasonable. The missing server and the tasteless pork and vegetables kept this from being a 4 star dinner.

Great customer service. Good for family, friends, co-worker and etc setting. Nice upscale restaurant. Don’t show up in your cheap rubber sandals. I ordered rack of lamb. It was very good. It came with mashed potato, mushroom and veggies. Everything had very nice flavor. Loved the food. I thought it was a little pricey for 3 racks($ 27). The best rack of lamb I have had was at Louisville at a restaurant called Saffron. They served 5 racks for $ 18… AMAZING! Anyway, recommend this place for special occasions… anniversary, valentine and etc… or just take your client there. Parking is limited, they have valet parking. I don’t like valet parking b/c I have had bad experience and also don’t want to pay for it.

Once they ditched live music, we quit going. Just another chain without the live music. We were regulars before then. Update: went again last night. Took out of town guests, who described the place as «fancy Applebee’s.» The live music used to be the unique character that set this restaurant apart. So disappointing.

My fiancé took me here for my birthday dinner after hearing good reviews from her coworkers. Just a heads up this place is a chain so if you’re looking for something Houston born this is not it. The place looks like there is plenty of parking but after taking a lap around the lot, we couldn’t find a spot because most were blocked off for their complementary valet. While in our car waiting for the valet, we noticed the staff members opening the door for the guests that just valet their cars but our turn comes and no one was there to open for us :’((not the reason for the 3 stars btw we just thought it was funny). We started with cocktails: Meyer lemonade and pisco inferno. My lemonade was tasty but needed more alcohol. My fiancé got the pisco inferno which has jalapeño tequila. The drink was surprisingly refreshing and I enjoyed it but she wished it had more of a spicy kick to it. We ordered two entrées: lobster pappardelle and oak grilled rack of lamb. The pappardelle came with plenty of lobster which was awesome. We really liked the veggie and sauce combo making the entire dish delicious. We wished that it came with more sauce though. The rack of lamb was cooked perfectly but we also wished it came with more sauce. The pomegranate seeds added a nice sweetness to the veggies and mash. Lastly we had to get dessert to finish the meal. They brought out a large assortment of shot glass desserts out for you to choose. We got the mocha macchiato which tasted like a tiramisu if you got a good spoonful bite. They are $ 3 a glass and we should have gotten another one. Overall I enjoyed my experience here but nothing wowed me. The food and drinks were good but nothing amazing especially for the price hence the 3 stars.

When they say fresh grill they mean it. We made reservations here for vday. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very classy and elegant. We were seated in the Napa room. Taking a look at the menu which was easy to make decisions and not overwhelming. We ordered the chicken pesto flatbread, the new York strip and desserts. They had a wide selections of wine which we tried. They allow you to share so that was great. We also ordered a Prarie mule for cocktail. The flat bread was extremely light and delicious. I loved it. Under 500 calories and it doesn’t make you feel like you’ve ruin your diet at all. Their new york steak was on the salty side for me. A little bit too much on the seasoning. But overall decently delicious. Now their desserts are to die for. They were served on shooters. We picked 3. And was quite happy with them. Overall bill came out fair. ~$ 80. We were very happy with our experience here. We do recommend it most for drinks and light meals !

How in the world does this establishment have 4 stars??? I’m blown way with the reviews. I’m giving two stars and it’s only because my pomegranate margarita martinis where the bees knees! But I DID not come here for drinks, I came here to dine. I remember seeing posts on Facebook from friends who have checked in here and wondering how it was, but always failed to ask. I drive by and the outside is extremely easy on the eyes. Lies!!! I mean it’s not a train wreck inside but it’s definitely nothing to write home about or anything to make you say«wow»! I have a friend who is new in town and I thought I’d show him around and also try a new place while at it. Idiot me did not realize this is a CHAIN until I walked in. I honestly thought this was a Houston gem. SIKE! Idiot me! My first impression was — okay this is a dimly lit Chilis. Nothing about the interior stood out. Definitely looks like a chain. The bar is surrounded by tvs where you can watch the latest sports game. To my lovely surprise I was able to catch a swimsuit sports illustrated program while waiting for my table. It was the perfect icing on the cake to my classy dining experience. Ugh. We were seated in a back room in what looked like a meeting room, equipped with a standing American flag and all. Super classy. I felt like the local democrat/republican meeting should be staring any second. If they take you back there then quickly ask to be seated in the main dining area. Our waiter suggested the scallops. I sadly ordered and they were bland along with the butternut squash risotto. Awful! My friend ordered chilean sea bass, which was actually quite pleasant. I ate half his plate. It came with shiitake mushrooms but hocus-pocus, there were only two tiny slices. We mentioned it to our waiter and he rectified the problem by bringing a side dish of mushrooms. For the price I was terribly disappointed! The food and ambiance is NOT worth it. spend your money else where! Or just go to Chilis and tell them to dim the lights.

This was my 2nd time here for a lunch meeting. Its great in regards to price, taste, and service. We ordered the garlic pesto chicken flat bread and it was amazing. I loved the fresh arugula on top and each person had at least 2 slices(4 people). I would definitely order this again. I ordered the Maui Tuna Crunch. I always have a tuna craving when I come here and its always a hit. The tuna is fresh as well and I don’t feel like I need a nap after lunch. It’s the perfect entrée for lunch. Although, I need to get out of my box and try another entrée next time! I also shared an order of the brussel sprouts. OMG, its incredible. This was one of the best brussel sprout dishes I’ve had! I could order just the brussel sprouts for lunch and be absolutely happy. The very attentive and knowledgeable waiter was able to get us to order a round of desserts as well. I loveddddd the pecan pie. Its a great portion for lunch, but it was a little bit too sweet for me. I will probably opt out of the dessert next time around. **Free valet parking

One of my favorite restaurants in Houston. The menu is always changing to what is in season(hence seasons 52) with some stuff that’s on their all the time. This place is great for anything including restaurant week, happy hour, dinner with friends, birthday celebration etc. I love to come here for flights & flatbread! One of the best meal deals for wine and pizza in the city. The price ranges from 15 – 20 $ depending on the wine flight you select. All the flatbreads are yummy! Also, you get to drink your entire flight then select which one you like the best for a full glass.

Seasons 52 is one of my favorite places to eat when I am trying to eat healthy! The food is amazing and good for you! The atmosphere is nice, I usually wear a cute dress or jeans and a nice top. I always feel like I have a 4 course meal when I am here! I usually get a glass of wine, although they have great cocktails too! Their seasonal soups and salads are delicious! I also love their stuffed mushrooms or a flatbread to start. For entrée the salmon with roasted vegetables is so good! The little individual desserts are the best part! My friends and I have ordered the whole tray before just to finally try them all! If you are a chocolate lover the s’mores and chocolate peanut butter are rich! They keylime pie is great if you are looking for something with a lighter/fresher taste! Always a good spot for dinner!

It’s okay. I was a bit disappointed because i didn’t have that same wow factor as many of the other reviews. I did the wine *flight*(I’m not sure if that’s the proper term) and pizza. I ordered a bowl of soup as well. My server was engaging and attentive which was great. He was misinformed about the availability of the soup I ordered so the poor guy came back suggesting another soup. I believe I had the butternut soup which was delicious. The pizza was lacking and the wine was alright. I had gotten the premium selection. Makes me wonder what the lesser selection was . All in all. Just okay and nothing spectacular. I will say though that I did like the outdoor seating.

I was introduced to seasons 52 last July for dinner. I had never heard of this restaurant and definitely did not know how good the food is! I’ve been there a few times now and have to say they are very consistent and the food is great. The menu has great choices for the health conscious and the not so conscious(lol). The décor is very nice and upscale. I’ve never sat outside but they do have outdoor space for seating. I’m currently a fan and have taken my parents, and out of town friends there. Everyone has loved it!

They have separate Vegetarian and Vegan menus which is a big plus! Huge portions! Vegetarian tasting: Citrus quinoa is good Taco is great Tofu is not Too much broccoli Artichoke flatbread was great! Loved how think it was, it’s a nice appetizer to share with the table. Brussel sprouts was good, cooked perfectly and flavor was great. Seared tofu was okay, liked the seasoning but needed more. Sides weren’t appealing.

Off Menu — lobster and fresh mozzarella flat bread — crab cake is decent — glasses of wines(I like that they give you a sampling before committing) — pineapple something cosmopolitan(sugary) — mule(average) — cappuccino Our server was decent. Overall, we enjoyed our HRW lunch.

Great place to have a party. I had reserved the Chef’s Table for a baby shower that I was hosting for my best friend. Jen is a great event manager. She was very patience with us when we were designing our menu for the baby shower and gave us the availability to create our own instead of picking a generic menu for parties. We enjoyed the service, our meal including the desserts and the atmosphere.
