DON’T GO THERE
I went there for the mower wheels. I search online before and fell so glad I can have the part to fix my mower. It is a nearest store from my house. Come to ask the assistant to find a wheel with a clear part number. After a while she come out and give me the wheel without box or anything cover, and she’s not sure this is a part I need. She told me keep the receipt in case. I come home, take off the old wheel, put the new one on carefully, start the mower and try if the wheel work or not. It’s not.
I take them off, wash them, bring them back to store. The man in front, come to the back and come back with a lady (manager?), she say even she not show up yet «I can’t not return them, there is some scratch, I can not sell them to other people as a new part» I try to tell them «You not really sure it is the right part or not (without box, bar code or something to identify), so I have to try it on, and it is a plastic cover around the nut, how can I not make little scratch when I tight them» the lady talk, talk and talk, she doesn’t care what I talk about, her purpose obviously is to refuse to take them back.
«You have to keep them» her conclude. IF I KNOW THAT BEFORE I DON’T GET RISK TO TRY THEM MADAM. S. WASTE TIME, MONEY, AND NERVES.
THE STAR IS SOMETHING GOOD, BUT THE LOWEST RATE IS ONE, I STILL REGRET A STAR I RATE THEM.
