Salvatore Ferragamo

I have grown up walking past this store many times. I never bothered going in because well, quite frankly it was out of my budget. As I grew up I was able to make a little bit more and my gf told me to spoil myself once in awhile. So I was in need of a new wallet. It had been almost 10 years since I last purchased one. My wallet was beat up, ripping and falling apart. I had been looking at various brands and I really fell in love with Ferragamo’s look. Their alternative logo of the Omega symbol really drew my attention. My fraternity’s nickname was the Omegas so it has a special spot in my heart.
It was close to closing and I was determined to purchase the wallet today. I had gone to Nordstrom’s earlier in the night to see if they had any deals, but their selection of Ferragamo wallets were sparse. The salesman was very helpful in showing me their selection. The quality of wallet is nice, but the price tag is quite steep. I won’t be returning for awhile hopefully, this wallet lasts me another 10 years.

One of my favourite stores in The Galleria! okay, its expensive, but damn those derby shoes! OMG. The leather bottoms with calfskin tops are like velvet on your feet! They look great too! pricey, but they will last you a lifetime if you treat them right!
Always the best service here — love this store! pretty much overlooked by most because of the price, but you’re only really buying these once. Life is too short to wear crappy shoes!

To sum it all up — Ferragamo has a great selection of ties, colognes/​perfumes and leather goods, supported by unmatched service by their attentive staff.

What’s not to love?
Yeah, the staff can be hit or miss, but still the best place to buy a great wallet or pair of shoes!
