We bought an amazon local deal for four lessons back on July 5th and we have YET to have our final two lessons. When I was finally able to make contact with the company, we scheduled all four classes the week of July 28th. The instructor(Sam) and the first two classes were great. I was planning on extending the lessons and paying full price to continue them… that was until I found out how they actually like to run things. Sam was unable to make the last two classes and so we said we would reschedule. I then called and emailed both him and the main contact several times to try and reschedule. I was unsuccessful until August 21st when I finally got an email back from Anson. We rescheduled for September 4th&5th. The 4th came around and no one showed up or called. We waited for 20 minutes– nothing. I called their offices and emailed, but received no response until the next day– again from Anson. He apologized and offered up a free class, saying that we would schedule both classes for when it was convenient and then also confirmed that we would still have our lesson today. Come 6:30pm, it was deja vu. No one showed up or called to tell us that they didn’t plan on coming. Both times now I have been told that Chanel would come and yet no one has showed. I have once again called and emailed with no response as of yet. So I am doing the next best thing: I am coming here to warn those that may want to sign up their children for classes. The hassle and terrible customer service is not worth it. Please save your money and time, and look into a better swim school.
