Red Roof Inns

Woke up at 3:30 am in the morning after feeling and seeing something crawling up on me. This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Avoid as much as possible!

Great hotel. Very secure and professional. The staff are friendly and helpful. The manager chase is very accommodating and informative. The rates here are competitive amongst the others in the energy corridor area. I have stayed at a few red roof plus hotels and it is definitely and upgrade.

I like it. Friendly staff and great location. Rates are reasonable. I have never had a bad experience there. Property is clean.

Whatever you do, do NOT stay at this hotel. Small rooms were the least of our worries. Ended up finding an infestation of cockroaches in our room. Stains on the sheets. Did I mention cockroaches? The lady at the front desk is rude if you’re not a male. Unless you want to cuddle up to some little critters, I’d suggest staying somewhere else. The Marriott across the street is wonderful!

Be sure to stay away from this place if you do have small children this is place is nothing but a private WH. This lady name Victoria in room number 215 last night going in and out with different guys and she even come up to introduce herself to my under age son. This place is disgusting we will never come back again.

Do not stay here, unless of course you enjoy horrible customer service and taking home creepy crawlies with you. They claim to be newly renovated however, there were large gaping holes in our room, the strip or caulking was coming off of the bathtub, the ceilings are peeling and the hotel has a weird odor about it. Our first room had several ants in it, we switched rooms and the next room had ticks in it, the next room we were had no bugs (that we could see) but had stains on the bed and pillow. We spoke with a general manager and his response to the bugs was «well it’s Texas there are bugs» not a good response from a general manager, then he had to look into things before he would do anything about our unhappiness. We managed to get a hold of the owners number and contacted him and all he did was defend his general manager in saying that he had a bad day. My fiancé was not happy with this answer so he called the owner again, the owner then proceeded to refund only one night of our stay, although we were unhappy for all 3 nights. We would have left if we had any place else to go. Absolutely dissatisfied and would not recommend anyone to stay unless it is there absolute LAST resort.

Newly remodeled rooms, reasonable rates, and the check-​in clerk was very nice, and accommodating. It’s not exactly the hotel derrick, but if your either just passing trough, or need a place away from the kiddos for a night, it’s a great value for the money.
